DB....The difference was totally editing the schedule ...but lets not go there.. and as you can see from the trainers table crazy and myself didnt as you know alter a thing and we are in the top 3...so playing your own way is what matters...
And the gelding issue shouldnt be blown out of proportion...
Jason/myself are older players who played in the era when gelding mattered alot...
There are more important things trainers should be worrying about regarding there stable methods....
I gave the tip(gelding) as i believe certain horses do improve regarding being coltish....

ESA & DB,
You are both TOP BLOKES who I like and respect alot. I think you two would get on if you met in 'real life'

I think you should put what happened behind you and make amends. I don't like to see two of my SOPL pals arguing.

For me debate is over, exported my 3yo renamed file then gelded and exported and raced them in CK with a full field 3 times. Twice they was in photos won 1 race each and last 1 colt won by 1 length. Every race was split by 0.00.1 either way so this shows to me that this only sorts out horses that are excitable and thats that for me. Well said Jason fully agree with above post

I have seen a few posts where a trainer has a monster that has won over 20 G1's if this doesn't run well in the CK there is no point in breeding from it, yes you may get some nice game horses but they won't run well in the CK most of the time. If you want to win league races you should only breed from top CK horses IMO

I agree...We all have strong opinions and sometimes we will disagree...but life too short to hold grudges..especially over a game..

Colin, I fail to see a huge difference between the two and clearly I'm not the only one but I agree with you. It has been again blown out of proportion and I will say again it is nobodies business how I, you or anyone else plays their game, breeds their horses, or develops league types.

We probably would get on in real life, and we both take an opinion and stand by it which is cool, but on this issue we shall agree to disagree and leave it at that.

Your horses look good, I'm happy with my debut week, good luck to you, good luck to me, good luck to everyone, Job Done!!

Oh, and I'm right. I'm ALWAYS right. (even when I'm wrong which in this case I'm not)

there does need to be some clarification on gelding and then alt delete so you can still breed them i have never done this because i always assumed it wasnt allowed i also believe horses are better gelded well most anyway

I would like to see the top trainers give advice without fear of being called a cheat etc I for one would love to become a better league trainer and I'm sure the top trainers would love a stronger challenge, if any advice gives a new trainer a stable star it can only be good for the league.

Some people are really contradicting themselves here. Saying there is 'no difference' and then saying 'but only for the excitable types'.

Or saying it doesn't matter but there doing the ctrl-alt-del method.
A trial on one horse doesn't mean squat.

So...there is a difference. It could make or break an excitable male.
