Is there a ruling on this:

Lets say I run a two year old in the league over 5f.

It gets a rating and wins a handicap.

I bring it back as a three year old, but its preferred distance is now 8f+

Would I still be able to enter the horse in a 8f+ handicap.

I can't enter it in a maiden as officially it isn't one.

Any ideas?

You Can bring it back at 3 it can run at any distance it can run in handicaps now if you run it at a 1m but you then can't run it back down to 6f and it's not a Maiden.
