NHRA WK5 R4 Hyde Novices' Hurdle
Hi The powers that be!
I just noticed I entered my horse 'Holy Moly' in the above race, but he never raced.
Any reason why?
Matt

I think I commentated on Holy Moly in a later race Matt.
Not sure if that is the problem.
Just checked the racecards and it wasn't down to run in race 30, but it did.

Re: NHRA WK5 R4 Hyde Novices' Hurdle
I've just had a check and it looks like your horse didn't run because of a corrupt horse file or files. It was definitely entered in the race. In race 4 there were 3 horses that ran but were never entered in the race. Your horse and 2 others were replaced in the racekit by Creation (David Robertson), Marathon Run (Ian Johnson) and Hollies Pearl (P Cahill). Something similar happened with race 7 but this was spotted before the race was run and corrected.
If Holy Moly ran in race 30 I would guess it has done so instead of either Hollies Pearl or Creation who were both entered in this race. Marathon Run did not have any race entry for week 5.
I think it might be also be a good idea to have the racekit checked just in case there is a problem with it. On a side note I do think far too many horses are being pulled up in races 3m and up. It must be at least 3 every race.

I certainly entered it in race 4 Steve, not race 30! It still says I entered it in race 4 on TOM. Not sure what happened then, I'm off to see the stewards! Matt

How can the file be corrupt now? Its had 3 races already! Nobody has said anything before. Also the horse I had entered in race 30 'seven eleven' did that run?

Re: NHRA WK5 R4 Hyde Novices' Hurdle
I don't know how mate but corrupt files are nothing new, it happened with SO5 quite regularly but was easy to spot as we would get an error message "this horse is injured..." when trying to set up a race. With SO6 the racekit is swapping horse files instead which makes it more difficult to spot, there were several files this week that were mixed up in the racekit. Races 4 and 30 look like they might need to be rerun and like I said a similar problem happened with race 7. No idea how or why the racekit does this.

My horse, Route One Lad, was listed to run in race 30 but he did not show up in the race. TOM still says it was entered for race 30.
