Post Grand National ?
I have a horse that I want to upload for week 5 and shoot for the Grand National.

It doesn't look like there are enough 32f+ races available to qualify by week 11 if I have to run a maiden 1st.

The first available maiden is Jodami Maiden Chase in week 6. Assuming a win in the maiden and a mark of 145, there would only be one other 32+ race available to run.

Would it be possible to run Moores Millions Stayers (Leg 7) in week 5 at top weight without running a maiden first? That would open up several more races in subsequent weeks to get a chance to qualify.

If my horse is garbage there will be plenty of races, so no worries.

You can run in any race as long as its not a grade one
you cant run in a handicap without a mark
i think theres is an exception to the distance rule for national horses
id imagine if you race at 3m5f or above you'd be allowed in the national

One question for Gray if you horse has ran and fell can it go straight to the
national im sure asked this before but the above gentleman may want the
answer to this too

No it must of Run 3 times and ran over 4miles at least once

Jared you can run your horse from 3m 5f and up but you must run it at least one over 4miles and run 3 times No horse can run in a Handicap until its has run over that code be it Hurdle or Chase.

Thanks guys. I was of the impression that all 3 runs had to be at 4 miles+.
