Hi I am sorry to lose one of my Race Runners although Kev will take up Race Running This week it means when I lose John for a few weeks I will be a race runner down any Trainer who would like to race run for the league and would like to try let me know on this thread. Gray |

Gray if u cant find anyone I can do the flat for week 10 before I go away and if u want me to do week 12 when I comeback from holidays I can do it but it would have to be later that Saturday. |

To add to your woe, I am away from this weekend. Will do this weeks races before I leave, cannot do the following weekend , like John, until late sat, if at all. |
