All, Welcome to all trainers, the new SOPL International season is about to kick off. Each season we set a new record - this is the UKRA's 10th season (the ORL Worlds longest running league), and the USRA's (the only Starters Orders American league) and NHC's 2nd season (the only National Hunt league available in the World). I would like to thank DodgyDave for all his time and effort into getting our Trainers Office Manager up and running. I would also like to thank all the SOPL staff for volunteering their spare time over the course of the season, and to their commitment and efforts to keeping the SOPL running. Some are returning to the same roles for another season and we have some new Staff members. I hope you've enjoyed watching the D&D races so far. The weeks to come are going to be even better. Commentaries will be added, and betting. A race card will be produced, with runners, jockeys, gates, weights, etc, so feel free to contribute a write up and prediction for the race of your choice. The Donate & Draft has been completed. All trainers who have participated have been sent a mail with their selections if they were successful. If you did receive some horses, trial them as much as possible. Note: If you wish to use a horse in your stable, don't upload it to TOM again. Just mail me at colmodea@iol.ie, detailing the horse you wish to use and which stable you wish to use it in. Please remember your stable limits, and if you've already uploaded to the limit, you will need to delete the relevant number of horses files to make room for any of you D&D selections you intend to use. Don't worry, their will be more upload windows throught the season. If you are still running trials and deciding on your own stables, the first upload window will close at 00:00 hours Saturday morning (that's midnight close of Friday 12th - Start of Saturday 12th). Please make sure you've nominated your horses for Week 1 races by 00:00 hours Sunday morning (that's midnight close of Saturday 13th - Start of Sunday 14th). All future upload windows will close at the same time as this one, and all nominations must be made by the same time for each relevant week. Good luck to all with your horses. Whether you are an experienced trainer or a new trainer, I hope you enjoy the league, and win or lose, just have fun. Cheers.. Colm |

Please can someone tell me what happens to the D D horses i put in are they lost to me now. I know one has a new stable But what about the rest. |

Once u put up horses to be included in D&D they technically aint yours anymore..usually they are kept for late starters if any... or if u mean the ones u got from D&D? let Colm know and he will include them in the stable u requested if there is room for them of course.. read Colms note again..for clarification if in doubt ask k gl this season hope u get a few winners Paul |

Hi there, I lost all the data on my pc, anyways i've started SO3 again but wont have horses ready in time for the friday night deadline, is it possible to only start at the second upload? Thanks

Hi Sean, You can join the season at any time during the upload Windows. Upload Windows - Up To Friday before Week 1 noms (tomorrow) After Week 4 and before Week 5 After Week 8 and before Week 9 After Week 12 and before Week 13 Thanks for joining and good luck with your horses. hang on i forgot i actually did register many moons ago it feels like will that mean i will be able to get some horses up because ive had my laptop wiped new drivers reloaded the game and is top notch played for 4 days non stop and got some monsters already!!! completly forgot i registered!!! see you all in 5 weeks!! |
