Post Horses To Look Out For on Trails Day 3
Trail day 3 is fast approaching. Let's get some excitement going. What horses are you most looking forward to seeing run?

As far as my flat stable is concerned i believe it's more advanced right now than my NH stable. This will be a good indication on what i need to improve for the start of the league.

Still got time to change the below runners but these seem the most consistent throughout my CK trails.

R4 - Ascot 5f 2yo - Classical Cliche/ Chounguya - I've lost quite a few of my horses which i didn't export when i lost my HDB file. But i know these 2 was very quick 2yo's.
R6 - Ascot 2m4f Flat - Royal Choco - This mare as so much stamina with a nice turn of foot. Looking forward to seeing her run. Should be thereabouts.
R8 - Auteuil 2m4f Hurdle - Inspection Test - Will love the ground. CK trailing over jumps is still so frustrating in terms of inconsistent results. He the one who's always their at the finish.
R12 - Cheltenham 3m Hurdle - Broadway Flyer - Been very consistent in my trails so very hopeful of a big run.

Good luck everyone involved. Hope we get a very good turn out.

Will do a write up at some point before the trials, my 5 NH horses are set I am just rushing a flat and 4yo hurdle trial to see if I can get a full card. I expect to be a long way off the pace right now.

TEAM RHODES - NATIONAL HUNT

Auteuil - Heavy
Race 7 2m Juvenile Hurdle 4yo - Star Attraction & Vatican City
Race 8 2m 4f Hurdle 5UP - Adams Eve & Five Star General
Race 9 3m 5f Chase 5UP - Duke Of Westminster & Duke Of Cambridge

Cheltenham - Soft
Race 10 2m Chase - Snow Storm & Under The Boardwalk
Race 11 2m 5f Chase - Pinicle & Dukes Of Hazzard
Race 12 3m Hurdle - Demolishing Destroyer & Raja Princess

I wont go into major detail on the jumpers as I have no idea how good they are or even if they
will be in the picture at the end of the races. I'm hopeful of a couple of big runs but my gut
says they won't make the grade. There are people out there just concentrating on breeding
jumps horses and breeding in jumps game my head says these horses will be well ahead but
at least I will know where I stand and I am looking forward to it. The ones I am looking forward to
are Star Attraction My Triumph hurdle hopeful. Aintree Hurdle hopeful Adams Eve who
is way ahead of my other 2m4 hurdlers & Pinicle my Ryanair Chase horse.

TEAM RHODES - FLAT TEAM *Subject to change

Brooklyn All Weather
Race 1 1m - 2yo - Eton Fair & Bustamente
Same duo that ran on trials day 2 and Eton Fair was 2nd in that race Bustamente was 5th
expecting better from Bustamente this time both have a good chance.

Race 2 1m 2f - 3UP - Petronas Towers & Cedar Mountain
Royal Heritage & White Gold finished 2nd & 3rd over 1m2f on trials day 2 and these 2
are better Petronas Towers is a dirt specialist I'd have to side with her.

Race 3 1m 4f - 3UP - Court Of Appeal & Shannanigans
Good chance neither of these will turn up its the distance I am working on right now and
will have 2 new horses coming in I will do an update when sorted.

Ascot - Good
Race 4 5f - 2yo - Flamez Of Glory & A Boy Named Sue
Armed Missile & Armed Guard both won the 2YO sprints on Trials day 2 and since
then I have found better horses. Both these are equally matched.

Race 5 7f - 3UP - Naval Intelligence & Homecoming Queen
On Trials day 2 my filly Midway Pepper won handsomely since then I have found better horses
Out of the 2 Homecoming Queen would be slightly better than Naval Intelligence but they are both
Milers so not the ideal trip for them but they should go well.

Race 6 2m 4f - 4UP - Galactical Storm & Adamski
Adamski won the 2 mile race on Trials day 2 by 4 lengths but at the trip Galactical Storm
is the best of my 2 and she seems to be a bit freakish I really look forward to her.

Not bothered with any jumps yet, if I have a jumps team it will be very last minute.

in terms of flat;

Race 1 1m - 2yo Galileo Ballerina - New Jersey Kad

decent hopes for Galileo Ballerina here, it's from an old game I no longer play, however still outperforms the lot in my new game which is much more advanced.

Race 2 1m 2f - 3UP Novi Sad Number 3yo Novi Sad Swell 4yo

Got very high hopes for Novi Sad swell here, hoping it gets to the front an stays very well, despite Number actually outperforming it in the trials

Race 3 1m 4f - 3UP Novi sad Hareem 4yo Ostrava Myth 4yo

Novi sad Hareem is my high hope, pelts up in my trials, especially if both get in, as Myth will likely set it up from the front, runs a fast pace an Hareem will finish very strongly

Race 4 5f - 2yo Deleware Grange Galileo Kiwayu

Galileo Kiwayu was one of the first horses bred in my old game I don't really use, but still seems to be a very good 2yo. Delware grange was only ever good as a 2yo, useless after.

Race 5 7f - 3UP Veroon Allstar Riviera Cavalry

Veroon Allstar is very interesting horse. I bought this game horse as a 7yo. It was the very first 100% potential horse i got, and at the time destroyed my trials by a distance. It is still up there in most my trials now. However it was also the first time I played the game after it came out of BETA. This seemed to prompt horses to get 100% that previously hadn't. It hasn't passed that 100% on once either so think it was changed back. Should be finishing strong, especially if Cavalry is allowed to dictate the pace

Race 6 2m 4f - 4UP Delhi Deck Wherimon Beauty

Delhi Deck was my first decent stayer. I have no idea where my stayers are though as not long started breeding them. Not expecting much as I've surpassed these 2 considerably now in my trials.

Not worth writing anything on my flat horses because they were awful last time out and i'm not sure they have improved much, this will tell me if I carry on breeding any flat horses. My girl is down over chrimbo so no breeding for me so if theses horse finish last then of to Old friends( home for old retired race horses) for them

Team Shadwell

R1 - 1m - ULFAH
Shes a decent filly who seems to like cover behind the leaders & will hopefully be in the first 3

R2 - 1m2 - ALNAWAIBI
She won the 1m2 race for 2yo's in trials 2 & did it very well, she gets 1m4 has a 3yo but looks better at 1m2, she would be my banker again in this trial 3 race

R3 - 1m4 - OJOOBA
She wins the home trials at 1m4 & beats Alnawaibi, so im hoping for a good effort from her

R4 - 5f - KALDER
Another filly i like, she will run with the leaders & hopefully do the times she does in the home trials, place maybe

R5 - 7f - IFFAH
Another filly who ran in trials 2 but did not run her race, hopefully she will run better in this trial

All the best everyone with your runners

All my Nh horses should be thereabouts.

On the flat Fairbanks won last time, be interesting to see how he goes this time. Don't think any others will feature.

Post Re: Horses To Look Out For on Trails Day 3
I have pretty low expectations all round since I have only really just gotten into the game and really only done one round of exports and trials. Not expecting to hold onto my Jumps crown :)

My Jump entries as follows:

Auteuil - Heavy

Race 7 2m Juvenile Hurdle 4yo

1st – Adventure - Australian bred flat horse with really decent flat lineage, took too hurdles well. I expect her to set the pace and with her flat speed in the final 2f nothing much catches her in trials. Ground is a worry as she is flat bred for firm.
2nd - Silverglas Ratagan - My second string, and not a long way off the pace, comes late so in trial does not often catch his stable mate adventure, but will be better suited by the ground. Has produced a lot of horses in this trial.

Race 8 2m 4f Hurdle 5UP

1st – The Broken Hearted - Stand out at trial, tends to run just off the leading group and pushes on late, hope for a good showing else it is back to the drawing board.
2nd – Dallas Tower - 2nd string and a fair way off her stablemate above.

Race 9 3m 5f Chase 5UP

1st – Think its All Over - One from my irish barn, which was largely outgunned by my UK stable in trial, but he is by far the best distance horse I have produced so far. Mid tier runner late challenge, front runs on occasion.
2nd – Sweet Folly - 2nd string also from ireland and a fair bit off the pace, has the potential to upset her stablemate but does not happen often.

Cheltenham - Soft

Race 10 2m Chase

1st – Mahadee Piping - Nothing much to split two of three of my horses at this distance and this one has had a hand in a lot of breeding, ranges up to 2.4m and will typically set the pace at the front.
2nd - Labroc - Irish horse who comes late with a good turn of speed, very little between him and Mahadee above.

Race 11 2m 5f Chase

1st – Micheal Been - The most consistent of my 2.4m chasers but there are a lot who trial about the same, runs just off the leading group usually though hard to tell as my barn is full of front running types.
2nd – Dusty Parson - 2nd string, uber fast but disappointed in trial, not very consistent, on his day beats everything on speed alone.

Race 12 3m Hurdle

1st – Rage In A Cage - Stand out of my 3m hurdlers but there are a few who are not far off the pace. Would like to see him at least be competative.
2nd – Truffle Piggy - Mud lark, likely my 3rd or 4th best, here for the ground more than anything else.

May get some flat horses done today.

Expectations are very low for this rabble. Only horse that will be interesting is Adventure as she also runs as a 4yo in the hurdles :)

Race 2 1m 2f - 3UP – Adventure 3yo
Race 3 1m 4f - 3UP – Raahin White 3yo

Ascot - Good

Race 4 5f - 2yo – Plays Piano 2yo
Race 5 7f - 3UP – Black Rider 3yo
Race 6 2m 4f - 4UP – Piece Cottage 5yo
