I was wondering if there is a reason why not to make the Race Kit available for all trainers to use for trialing?

The Race Kit allows for better management of .HRS files than the current CK with its one long list of exported horses.

Trialing is a big enough PITA as it is, anything to make it easier cant be a bad thing.

The perception is that trialing on the race kit offers and unfair advantage and that not everyone will download and use the race kit.

What "unfair advantage" would that be?

I would have thought that the "race engine" is the same in-game as is used for the CK and the race kit.
I guess only Mark can confirm that.

The race kit should not be made widely available for security reasons. It is intended for the guys who run the league only and the race code is exactly the same as in the kit in your game so there is no need and no advantage to anyone who has it anyway.
