Resetting horses. So I should probably know how to do this, but having never done it outside the racekit I am now none the wiser. Can someone give me a hint? |

Hi Gray, Having spoken to Leon. I cannot enter horses with apostrophe in the name. Can't this be changed at all to a different format instead of text format? 2 of my good horses have that in their names. Shame because i didn't know you couldn't enter these into the league. |

Nothing I can do about it mate it just causes a mess with the Text File and Downloading Horse Files for the Races you can delete or change the apostrophe but it's still in the File and this causes the problem with everything will have to be done Manually edit the text File etc. Any body that gets these in new Born should change them Straight away it will cause less problems down the line if it comes up to be your best horse for league. Both 5pm UK Window for uploads Close and Entries for Week 1 Closes Will Open Up After Week 5 for New Uploads and Close Again 5pm For Week 6 Races. Gray |

You do it after you have exported it from the ck. Then you can import it into TOM. |

Do not upload horses renamed with apostrohes removed, this just changes the horse file name and not the horse name. It causes endless pain when processing the text files, creating the races and running the league. The horse will have to be removed from the league as the problems it causes isn't worth it. As Gray said horses with apostrophes need to be renamed in the game before exporting them |

As Gray said horses with apostrophes need to be renamed in the game before exporting them I had to change a file name which had a dash in it (-), in order to upload it to the league website. Does this mean it will also be removed from the league? |

A dash might be ok. Not sure. The text file the game produces separates stuff with quotes which cause the apostrophe issue. What's the horses name, as will need to change it back to the dash as there will be some issues when programs run to place horse in races and display form etc |
