Post SO7 Stable Tour and League Horses Guide.
As the Mrs has fallen out with me for taking too long trialling and there is little else to do on a lockdown Saturday (it is too early for Rum Del) thought I would do a stable tour. I did one a few seasons ago and I know Josh has done them in the past as well. They come in quite useful if we do any review or preview shows so please post yours here if you want to do one.

FLAT

It has become quite apparent to me over the last few days that I am a million miles away from being competitive. In SO6 I was just getting to a decent level having bagged some decent races including the Winter Derby and some Royal Ascot and big handicap wins. My favourite being Come Taste The Band in the Cambridgeshire in my first season. I play the game properly and slowly and only ever got to about 60 seasons in SO6 but by then I knew my horses and lines well. In SO7 I am only in season 18 so things are still very much in development. This is why many of my horses still have their generated names rather than ones I have allocated as I never expected them to win out in the trials and hoped to be further forward by the time the league started.

When my game started there were 2 sires head and shoulders above the others stats wise GETCARTER a 41 times G1 winner over 7f and a mile and EUROBUS. I decided to build my lines around them to begin with and try and get one into the male line and one into the distaff line wherever possible. I was lucky enough to buy a horse called ILLAWALLA who was by Eurobus and he gave me my first real success on the track before becoming my number 1 stallion. This season will prove whether or not throwing all my eggs or most of them anyway in the Getcarter Eurobus basket was a good idea

BRIQUETTE 2 F (Signe Divin - Lidianna Trumpet) Speedy filly who performed well in CK at 5 6 and 7 furlongs proving best at 5f. Royal Ascot winner at 2 in game. By multiple G1 sprint winner who himself bombed out in trials. Goes on all ground but best on soft. One of only a few that has no Getcarter or Eurobus blood. Chance of a win rating 7/10

CORNET 2 C (Milwr Black - Lidianna Trumpet) Milwr Black half bother to Briquette. Not quite as speedy but still has good acceleration. Sire was a winner at 6f but excelled as a 2m chaser and is in NH Team. Didn't progress past 2 and performed much better in CK. Something of a surprise as was sold out of yard at 4. Prefers firmer ground and has Eurobus blood in the male line 2/10

BREAK IT TO THEM GENTLY 2 C (Getcarter - Solmorin Tantrum) Currently a 3yo in my game so one of the newer horses here. Performed well at 5,6 and 7 furlongs never finishing out of first 3 in 10 trials final races over each distance. Could also have made team as 3yo and as the season is currently only in June high hopes he will improve more at 3 and become a returner. Dam is in team as a 4yo sprinter. Prefers firm but goes on any. By Getcarter and has Eurobus in distaff side 8/10

TEMPLE OF THE KING 2 C (Blackmore Instrument - Tambulla Daffodil) Star of both 2 and 3yo trials so high hopes he will perform well. Stormed CK trials at 7,8 and 10 furlongs. Sire won Derby but was disqualified. Dam bought in at auction with no form but good progeny and Eurobus blood. Goes on any ground 9/10

GREY PEARL 2 F (Eurobus - Another Kate) One of the first decent horses I bred and has consistently won trials from 5f at 2 to 2m4f over hurdles at 8. Could have been in team at any age or distance based on trial results but perfomed badly in trial races so my not go in racekit. Deserves a chance though and may pick up a nursery. Goes on any ground and the all weather. Dam of 5 G1 winners. 3/10

BUDS OF MAY 3 F (Signe Divin - Rahy Larkin) By champion sprinter out of ordinary mare. Major surprise winner of 3yo sprint division as only managed one win in 2 seasons in the game. Best on firm ground. Has no Getcarter or Eurobus blood and one of the most likely to be transferred out at week 5. 1/10

DOWN TO EARTH 3 C (Blackmore Instrument - Lancastrianadventure) By a disqualified Derby winner but doesn't seem to quite stay a mile. Machine over 7f though winning Jersey at three and whole host 7f G2s. Got a mile on CK so hopefully may do so in RK. Prefers good or firm ground and has Getcarter blood 6/10

URIAH HEEP 3 C (David Copperfield - Chatty Uzzi) From my latest season so high hopes will be an even better 4yo. Stays 10f as did multiple G1 winning sire but better at a mile. Dam won a handful of G1s at 3 4 and 5 including a Guineas but didn't perform in CK unlike her son who took his form to a higher level there. Prefers good ground and has Eurobus blood. Bit of a wildcard 2/10

REGAL COMMAND 3 C (Around Regal - Love Ridiot) Another of the crazy victors in the trials. Only won 1 race at 2 on the flat and after poor 3yo campaign was roughed off for hurdling career. Somehow slipped into the 3yo trials and outperformed the big names to win through. Sire won the King George and the Arc and has produced some decent sorts. Will be interesting to see if he goes in RK. Prefers soft ground and boasts Getcarter and Eurobus blood 2/10

Al I WANNA DO 3 F (David Copperfield - Jumeirah Sydney) Should be called All I Wanna Do but typo has not stopped her excelling in the trials. Performing wel at all distances at 2 and 3yo. Currently an in game 3yo but her game form is woeful only having won a novice race. Beat a whole host of G1 winners in trials including her Guineas winning dam. Prefers firm ground but acts on any in CK. Once again will all depend if RK plays like CK or game. Has both Getcarter and Eurobus blood 1/10

POLLY BLACK 3 F (Milwr Black - Polly Holder) Another CK star who performs better than in game itself. Won trials as a 2, 3,4 and 5yo but seemed best at 3. Has a full speed and acceleration bar but stays 12f although possibly best at a mile. Sire was a 6f sprinter and 2m chaser. Prefers good ground but has won on firm. Has Eurobus blood 8/10

HUMA DEGAS 3 F (Illawalla - Capstick) In game stable star who by the age of 8 has reached double figures in G1 wins over 10 and 12f. By my first good sire who himself won a hatful of G1s and after the deaths of Getcarter and Eurobus is the top sire in the game on G1 winning progeny. Mare was also a G1 winner over middle distances. Hardest decision was what age to put her in at but opted for 3 as she will prove a good yardstick for seasons to come. Goes on any ground even heavy and has Eurobus for a Grandsire. Only blip was a poor performance in one of the trial races. 9.5/10

EVIL WIND 3 C (Illawalla - Jaarayaah Lotte) Excelled in CK trials winning at 10,12,14 and 16 furlongs despite being out of a miler. Currently only a 5yo and winning 3m hurdle races with ease. In hindsight probably should have put him in at 4 so can go hurdling next season. However as has 95 potential full stamina and and high speed bars he may be around a few seasons. Dam was a Guineas winner but didn't act in CK. Sire is top stallion in game now and if CK form transfers to racekit he should pick up a race or two. Prefers firm ground which is another reason why being tried on the flat 9/10

RISE AND SHINE 3 F (David Copperfield - Sarah Clara) by Illawalla's most successful son who himself is in the NH team. Has done nothing in the game and has only won a maiden. But once again turns into a beast in the CK (I am getting concerned my CK is broken  ) Dam is by a Guineas/Derby winner who ran well in one of the trial races and is in the team as a juvenile hurdler. Has Eurobus in both sides of the pedigree if you go back 5 generations. Performs best on soft ground. Another wild card 1/10

LALITA 3 F (Onebytheknows Speed - Pengula) Unfashionably bred although sire blossomed into a decent chaser. Dual Oaks winner who totally lost her form at back end of 3yo season and never won after. Seems to perform as she did in Oaks wins in CK though so hopeful she may at least pick up a race. Goes on any but loves it soft. Sadly can't jump so no chance of a hurdles career. Eurobus blood in pedigree. 3/10

PAPPATEA 3 C (Plein Lukey - Periwinkle Motto) Surprise winner of Leger trials as currently doing well as a 3m chaser. By a dual Cheltenham Gold Cup winner out of a decent broodmare who has also produced one of the teams juvenile hurdlers. Distance horse with a full acceleration bar so hopeful of picking up a race. Bounces off firm ground. One of the few with no connection to Getcarter or Eurobus. 6/10

JOVIAL JUROR 5 C (Signe Divin - Alshydaress Larissa) Both parents multiple G1 winners. Followed suit winning Irish Guineas, QEII, and Queen Anne amongst others. Excelled in game at a mile but won trials in sprint division as a 5yo. Both parents G1 sprinters so should be a surprise. Could end up miling if nor speedy enough in RK as did well in those trials to. Goes on any but prefers it soft. Has Getcarter on distaff side. 5/10

SOLMORIN TANTRUM 4 F (Signe Divin - Diner de Lune) By top sprinter and herself won Commonwealth Cup and Maurice de Gheest at 3. Performed badly in one of the trial races at 3 so entered here as a 4yo. Goes on any ground and has produced group winners herself including Break It To Them Gently who is in as a 2yo. 3/10

SANCTUAIRE MARMALADE 5 C (Illawalla - Cotton Grace) Strangest entrant of all as only won handicaps and a listed all weather race as prep for a hurdling career. Dam was top hurdler. Didn't perform at all though and was sold at 6. Surprsingly won out in 7 furlong trials. Highly likely to be transferred out at 5 weeks. Goes well on soft and all weather 1/10

HEART ARDILLES 4 C (Red Merlin - Tashas Dream) One from way back towards the beginning. Sire was about 3rd best behing Getcarter and Eurobus at game start but never really gave me many good horses. This one was the best and did well I trials from 2yo right up to 9yo chaser so could return in future. Won the Jersey at 3 and won out the older milers trial which was a surprise. Another who may se an early exit unless he gets on a good mark as loves all weather and could be in with a chance of winning an AW series mile race. Also likes firm ground 4/10 (game generated name I not a Spurs fan !)

MONIQUE LHULLIER 4 F (Illawalla - Designer Chic) G1 winning filly from 7 to 10f who has 100 potential and good other bars to go with it. Also won Champion hurdle as a 7yo so one who may be around for a few seasons if taking to the RK. Goes on any ground including soft. Has Eurobus blood and is one of my best hopes for a win 10/10

RADIOTHERAPY 4 C (Illawalla - Patsy Roseler) Total enigma of a horse and would probably be referred to as not genuine by Timeform and maybe even get the dreaded squiggle. Bred in the purple by champion sire Illawalla out of a five times G1 winner he has managed to remain a maiden into his 5th season despite being placed in 2 Guineas 2 Derby's a St Leger and countless other group races. When dropped to a listed to get a win he pulled up injured. Finally got a win in a 20 furlong novice hurdle and now looks like he might be a NH horse. However he is totally transformed in the CK and performs incredibly over middle distances beating out both his sire and dam. Best on firm. Total shot in the dark 1/10

LE MOSS 4 C (Louis Monet - Notley Park) Sire won all the 2 mile cup races and dam was a G1 winner over 12f. Didn't race at 2 but won St Leger in a canter at 3. Upped to cup distances at 4 winning Goodwood Cup and big G1 in Singapore. Didn't stat in Ascot Gold Cup but won G1 again back at 2m at Ascot. Prefers firm but goes well on AW too. Hopeful of picking up a long distance race with him although my stayers are nowhere near as good as they were on SO6. 7/10

ROYAL BLUE 4 F (Bertie Blu Boy - Classic Millennium) By a Grand National winner out of my first ever G1 winner she should make up into a good chaser in time but the mixture of speed from the dam and stamina from the sire has made her a decent flat campaigner too. Won G1 2 miler at Ascot and 4th in Ascot Gold Cup. Hopefully will pick up a long distance handicap if handicapper is kind. Goes on all going including AW 5/10

LUCKY REBECCA 6 M (Plein Lukey - Rebecca Denel) By a dual Cheltenham Gold Cup winner out of an Ascot Stakes winner this one will make up into a Grand National horse at 7 or 8 as she stays longer than the mother in law. Only potential problem to that is a preference for firm ground hence the flat campaign. Could surprise as sire had good flat career before going chasing 6/10

Posted mine earlier on another thread, so I'll delete it an put it here

Vinny Gerrard Stud

Thought I'd do a little write up on my team for the season, more for me than anyone else

Stable Stars;

Colts - Hanun Genes/Kaiping Scrapp

Filly's - Wuhu Commanche/Hanghu Isengard

I have not entered a horse in a distance above 1m2 in my recent seasons as I started too late to get much done, I'm hoping to do a lot better this time having started at the same time as everyone else. I am hopeful of a top 5 finish on the flat, but would be happy to be competitive as I think my breeding programme has just taken off so I think I will improve next year a lot.

My team has made me see some really good traits from my breeding. Wuwei Coronas in particular is a feature over a variety of distances. Wuwei Coronas himself is a 1m2 colt who was no good in the CK, but had 100% potential, out of a game 5f horse called Comply Which. Comply Which seemed to change my trials completely, he was a game horse I never owned, but bred a lot with through the barn. He is somewhere in nearly all my sprinters now, and through Wuwei Coronas, actually has horses over 1m6-2m too. I'm hoping through Coronas I am attaching the 5f speed into a lot of my longer distance, he now breeds with sprinters, as well as stayers. He does seem to be more effective at getting 1m2-1m6 horses though. Wuwei Coronas, and Comply Which are where my 100% potential came from, although i don't fully concentrate on this side now, most of my yearlings are starting to come out around 90%

Foshan Crescent 5F Colt 3yo - A very consistent sort in my trials, runs up with the pace and sees it out very well, good chance of picking up a few races, especially on anything softish. One of a lot of horses from Arizona Tajneed, a very speedy sort

Akniste Tower 5f Filly 3yo - A surprise entrant in the team, very early bred horse, that has done a lot of breeding herself. Surprised me in the league trials, to the extent I went back an done more trials to double check it wasn't a fluke. She loves to come with a very late, very strong finish, might not be suited to league races, anything I get from her is a bonus, but a favourite at the yard as she's one who really got the stable going in the early seasons.

Hanghu Isengard 5f Filly 4yo - By far my best filly sprinter, in a different league to the rest, an often beats the boys at home, big expectations for her, runs handy on all grounds. Put her in as a 4yo as there was no difference in the 3yo an 4yo version.

Lipu Claim 3yo 5f Colt - Bit of a reserve as I had a space left and wanted another sprinter. Very consistent, but likes to be in the pack, and seems to always get pushed along very early, however does always seem to be in the finish, so may be an unknown in the league races, good chance he gets taken off his feet too early.

Foshan Titan 6f 3yo Colt - one of 2 horses that completely dominate 1st an 2nd in my home trials. They Massively outscore anything else, however, they are never far in front of the rest. I think this just means my 6f horses aren't very good, but we'll see. Likes to sit handy which will help, but seems to be outpaced before staying on again

Wuwei Damsel 3yo Filly 6f - Doesn't look suited to league sprints at all. I will likely be aiming her at the Wokingham as I fancy she will struggle to get the required pace for a lot of races, and get in on a good mark, Ascot with loads of runners will suit her perfectly

Hanun Colony 4yo Colt 6f - Probably the best of my 6f horses, so consistent in my trials, always 1st or 2nd regardless. if my 6f horses aren't as bad as I think, this could do decent things.

Foshan Parliment 1m 3yo Colt - A Wuwei Coronas bred horse. looks a very good horse in my trials, sits handy and stays brilliantly, will be aimed at the 2000, an Newmarket over 1m is perfect for him

Toronto Valois 7f Filly 3yo - Very much a 7f specialist, either all my other horses are terrible at, or shes exceptional as she finishes last over 1m. There to hopefully pick up a few 7f races others won't bother with

Lipu Plan - 1m 3yo Filly - I am really not sure about her. Never noticed her in any trialling before the league trials, but she statistically was decent. I went back to double check but had accidentally deleted her after putting her in the league folder to upload. So stuck with the spreadsheet an she's in, likely terrible though.

Toronto Knott 4yo Filly 1m - Another early bred horse, but one of the first to really stand out, the fact she's in could just mean my milers haven't moved along much. She likes to come from miles back and is from the same family lines as Akniste Tower. I'd be surprised if she's up to much. Very much a Newmarket specialist

Lipu Crest 3yo Colt 1m1 - Son of Toronto Knott and Siping Kheleyf which ran a good 2nd in the final league trials day 4, and very much a 1m1 specialist. It's breeding suggests it will be decent in league races, and although a hold up horse, still managed to be top 3 in 14 of the 15 trials at Ascot so very consistent, quietly confident it's a dark horse over it's preferred 1m1

Wuhu Commanche 3yo filly 1m2 - Could be the Stable star. Sits handy, and has an astonishing burst 2f out. I am very expecting of her, French Oaks the target. A Wuwei Coronas horse, like so many of my team. Odd as Wuwei Coronas never showed a thing in the CK, but is by far my best breeding stallion

Hanun Elder 3yo Colt 1m2 - Another Wuwei Coronas, and again far better than the other colts in the trials. Will be aimed at the French Derby
Akniste Aris

Akniste Aris 3yo Filly 1m1 - A very ealy bred horse. Not got much hope for it, but was thereabouts in the trials, nowhere near Wuhu Commanche level though.

Ostrava Accompli 3yo 1m2 filly - From the same stallion as Akniste Aris (Irish Ted), So another early breed. I stopped using ted early in my breeding programme for some reason, but he still remains in a lot of the lines. Similar to her half sister, likely to be hanging round the decent handicaps

Foshan Town colt 1m2 4yo - Yet another Wuwei Coronas horse. Isn't far off it's half Brother Hanun Elder. Has a strange running dstyle of flying to the front 2 out, then trying to grimly hold on, which it usually doesn't against Elder. Could actually be suited to the league in that respect an has a chance of picking up a couple.

wuhu mornings 3yo Colt 1m4 - a Wuwei Roscoe horse. Much better than Roscoe, who in trials day 4 ran wide the whole way in both races, and wasn't far off in either. based on that I'm giving him a chance. Likes to vome through the field though which isn't ideal, and maybe why I'd prefer Hanun Genes for the derby as it sits handy and there's little between them

hanun Genes 3yo Colt 1m4 - Another Wuwei Coronas horse. Very close between this and Mornings as to who will be my Derby horse. Running style this one preferred as he sits handy and puts in an amazing burst 2f but then usually holds on grimly, but I think Mornings is slightly better.

wuhu encore 3yo Filly 1m4 - My best 1m4 filly by far, however has to come from way too far back, once she picks up she fly's, but likely to not be suited for league races.

Hanun Volta 4yo Colt 1m4 - Another Wuwei Coronas horse. In the league for consistency, always in the placings without fail and could be one of those horses that surprises in the league due to always running it's race

Kaiping Scrapp 3yo Colt 1m6 - My main Leger hope, stays on at the end of the 1m6 trials like a train, visually fantastic. Son of Hanghu Leary who now controls the rights to my staying breeding, and is in the league himself with expectations

Kaiping slick 3yo colt 1m6 - Yet another horse out of Wuwei Coronas. Very close with Kaiping Scrapp, but always seems to be passed in the final furlong, and ends up well over a length behind. In the league due to his frnt running style, Really goes off in front an my be able to steal races in the staying category. Wouldn't actually surprise me if he ended up in the leger instead

Hanghu Leary 4yo colt 2m+ - My first real wow horse in the staying section. seems to have taken my 2m+ races to another level in the trials. Also doing well breeding now too. I expect decent things from him, although having to come from the back may not help his cause

Foshan Drift 4yo Filly 2m+ - Half sister to Hanghu leary (both from melbourne Gun), and equally as impressive against the female stayers. Even beats the boys. She will be in the Gold Cup probably, although not sure she'll stay, think both horses will be better over 2m2 unfortunately.

I haven't added 2yo's as I didn't have enough time to trial the hundreds I've kept without trialling. I plan on adding a few in week 5 for some of my pooroer performing horses.

Royal Earlswood Stable Tour

I've played 20 seasons so not expecting to pull up any trees but managed to find a few good stayers early on and also a 100% potential 6f horse who did nothing in the game but was great in CK. Quite confident I have a few good horses but I've only felt I've really started making progress in the last 2/3 seasons so I reckon I have 5/6 good horses from those seasons who can be competitive and normally my stayers are quite useful so hoping I'm in the mixer there again as had 7 Gold Cup wins from those 20 seasons.

DUTCHFORWARD
2m-2m4f (2m2f/2m4f), 5yo Stallion, Carnelian-Seventy Dutch, Good To Soft
Gold Cup & Ascot Stakes winner in game, By an Irish Leger winner and out of a Gold Cup/Cadran winner. Wins most trials over 2m2f & 2m4f which were previously dominated by his Sire Carnelian, hopeful of a few big runs and likely to be my Gold Cup horse.

CARNELIAN
1m6f-2m4f (1m6/2m2f), 5yo Stallion, Good To Soft
Gamebred and one of my first horses yet has stood the test of time while also being my most versatile horse, phenomenal in trials from 1m6f to 2m4f and likely to run mainly over 1m6f-2m2f. 2x Curragh Cup and 1x Irish Leger Winner.

SEVENTY STAR
2m4f, 6yo Mare, Health Seventy-Star Belle, Good
Once in a lifetime Mare in game, 3x Ascot Gold Cups, 3x Prix Du Cadran, 2x Goodwood Cup winner. Not as devastating in trials but deserves a shot, will be in all the 2m4f races and something like the Ascot Stakes over the maximum will be the aim.

HILLCHO
1m4f, 4yo Filly, Hilbre Lamp-Choose Erro, Good
By Derby winner Hilbre Lamp, nothing would suggest this horse would be special except for the trials where she is dominant along with Violent Verdict over the 12f trip. Best performance in game was a 2nd in Lancashire Oaks.

CONIFEROUS
1m2f, 4yo Stallion, Exmoor Ranger-Diamondiferous, Good
Bred for speed by a G1 winning sprinter and out of a Rockfel winner, he has a very good turn of foot over 10f. A Prix Ganay and Juddmonte winner, we hope to have a bit of fun with him.

CRÈME CARNATION
1m1f, 4yo Mare, Bitaphon Foxtrot-Diamond Law, Good To Firm
Another miler plus bred for speed, she was a good 2yo before a few near misses in the Guineas and Coronation before notching up three group races in France later on in her career including the Jacque Le Marois as a 3yo. Goes to Dubai but could ruin her mark for the rest of the season so may aim for a weak listed race.

REGAL RUMBLE
1m, 4yo Mare, Regal Parade-Changed Estel, Good To Soft
Both parents were group winning milers and she came along rather early in the game. A good two-year-old who progressed to win the Sussex and QEII Stakes, she’ll be our horse for the big mile races and a shot at the Hunt Cup is on the agenda.

SWIFT AS AIR
7f-1m, 4yo Stallion, Swift Energy-Wambach, Good To Soft
Newcomer to the scene, and son of the mighty game horse Swift Energy who won 10 sprint G1’s. He’s not the best but he’ll plod along in the handicaps over 7f and a mile. Only won Summer Mile in game.

PARTY AT THE POST
5f, 4yo Mare, Bitaphon Foxtrot-First Past The Post, Good To Firm
Another Filly thrown in at the last minute to fill the gaps, she’ll be our older sprinter being from an Abbeye winner, her only good win in game came over 6f in the Duke Of York but she’ll relish 5f.

CALTIDE
1m6f-2m, 3yo Filly, Carnelian-Palatial Marida, Good To Firm
One of the best daughters of the mighty Carnelian, Caltide didn’t do much in game despite an Ebor win and many 2nd’s in group company but she carries her father’s reputation before her and destroys everything in my trials from 1m6f-2m as a 3yo. Unfortunately injury cut her career short and we didn’t see what she could have done as a 4yo+

VIOLENT VERDICT
1m4f, 3yo Colt, Salut Verdict-Carnaby, Good To Soft
Derby 2nd and King George winner in game, he’s one of the best I’ve seen over 1m4f at a distance I don’t normally do well at. Bred for the job by an Arc winner, we have high hopes and he may even show face in the Derby if he’s good enough as a monster in trials.

LOVELY DROP
1m4f, 3yo Filly, Salut Verdict-Mohayel, Good To Soft
Another added late but the daughter of Arc winner Salut Verdict is like her half brother Violent Verdict set for the job over 1m4f, 2x Yorkshire Oaks and 1x Coronation Cup winner in game, she’ll hopefully do well.

STARQUEEN
1m1f-1m2f, 3yo Filly, Starport-Natalie Queen, Good To Firm
By double Coronation Cup winner and league compatriot Starport, she was a solid game horse winning a Juddmonte before showing up OK in trials, she’s not the best but we’ll try and get a win out of her.

STARPORT
1m2-1m4f, 3yo Colt, Pairumani Star-Port Rosanna, Firm
Like daughter Starqueen, Starport just scraped in and will be our backup classic colt, 2x Coronation Cup winner but he’s consistent in trials and could surprise.

ALYSSON FELIX
1m-1m2f, 3yo Filly, Swift Energy-Regal Wish, Good
Monster. Period. She’s a beast, she came first in all trials across all sexes from 7f-1m as 2yo and 7f-1m2f as 3yo. She’s still in my game and yet to register a G1 win but I think she’s the second best horse in my stable and could end up in group company.

POST GIRL WORLD
1m-1m1f, 3yo Filly, Lomitas-First Past The Post, Good To Soft
Very mediocre in game and dipped heavily past 3yo but a Jersey Stakes winner. She constantly played second fiddle to Alysson Felix so deserved a shot.

JAMES E CORNETTE
7f-1m, 3yo Colt, Stars Of Memory-Regalia, Good
By the 100% potential stallion that started it all, and out of a QEII winner, he performed well in trials until the most recent batch and was one of the last to make the cut as we didn’t have a Guineas colt, however he’s more likely to be at home over 7f.

AVOKOVADRO
5f-7f, 3yo Filly, Swift Energy-Voronova Roselier, Good To Soft
The best herself, a monster beyond all realms in the trials, not the best 2yo but won every trial over 5f-7f as 3yo & 4yo. A 3x G1 winning 6f horse in game, she’ll be my best hope of a winner in the league and if she doesn’t win, I’ll have little hopes for the rest. Don’t be surprised to see her return in future leagues as nothing gets close in trials.

SWIFT RUMBLE
5f-6f, 3yo Colt, Swift Energy-Regal Rumble, Good To Soft
Another from the mighty Swift Energy and out of another league participant, he was bred to be quick but the Regal Rumble line gives him some stamina too and he’s sees the trip out well over 5f & 6f, the only horse that can get anywhere near Avokovadro's jet stream at 3yo+.

KASKMASK
1m-1m2f, 2yo Filly, Laskari Monarch-Above The Benchmark, Good
One from the latest trials and still only a 3yo in my game, she won the Chesham which earned her a place in the trials and she is very good, possessing a lot of stamina with a 1m2f pedigree.

DIAMOND LAW
1m-1m2f, 2yo Filly, Bobs Law-Diamondiferous, Good To Firm
One of my earlier fillies who squeaked in at the last minute, will be backup to Kaskmask but did well enough to be selected, Rockfel winner in game who will prefer further.

FANTARA
6f-7f, 2yo Filly, Krackatara-Fanofadiga, Firm
From the same time period as Diamond Law, she won a Duchess Of Cambridge as a 2yo and will run over 6f/7f, 2yo’s certainly not my strong point this year.

TOLL THE BELL
5f-6f, 2yo Colt, Billie Florence-Saved By The Bell, Good To Soft
Very good 2yo winning the Norfolk and Middle Park and transferred that over to trials where he takes some beating over the sprint trips, especially 6f. Likely my best 2yo as he actually serves it up to the 2yo Avokovadro.

CHOCOLATE PIONEER
5f, 2yo Colt, Bitaphon Foxtrot-Regalia, Good To Firm
By a group one winning sprinter and out of a group one winning miler but a sprinter through and through. Another fine 2yo in game who regressed but won the Flying Childers.

LAW RANGER
5f, 2yo Filly, Exmoor Ranger-Diamond Law, Good To Firm
The final addition to my team and another Flying Childers winner who can actually get close to Avokovadro as a 2yo in some trials. She never progressed but is a solid 2yo filly.

I have high hopes for my stayers, especially Carnelian and Dutchforward, I expect one of them to win at least around the 0-100/0-110 level. Violent Verdict is the best 12f horse I've had so I hope he can pick up something along the same level. Alysson Felix and Avokovadro are the monsters however, whether it's a case that my team just wasn't that strong after only 18/19 seasons and everything had only just started to click or they are actually top class remain's to be seen. Avokovadro has her ground, over her trip, at the racecourse I do my trials in week 1, so if she's out of the top 5/6 or more than 2 lengths off the pace it's going to be a long season.

FYI for those that look into it, only 6 of these came from my homebred Stallions, the rest were from game stallions.

Good luck all!

Post Re: SO7 Stable Tour and League Horses Guide.
Here is My Stable Tour I am Mainly NH Trainer Focused in Training and Breeding NH Horses but i dabble with Flat Horses too has i use the Combined Schedule made by me. I check every 2yo on entry to my Stable on January 1st i check if its a Jumper and if it looks like it can Jump
i make a note on it and Highlight the horse Pressing N and type in the Note Jumper if i think has a 2yo it looks it's going to struggle or looks like its more of a stayer i send out to Grass for a 3yo Career either Flat of NHF Races The ones that look poor sent to Auction. At 4 i will let the jumpers have some Flat experience in Case they turn out better on the level that is how Manage my stable Now to the tour of my Online Team.

FLAT

Vizean Quick - Another speedy Juvenile and only slighly in trials inferior to Lizzie

Eco Logical - Nice prospect best 6f 2yo in Trials but all my 2yo are closley Matched

Horses to Keep an eye on

Zico - decent 2m Hurdler/Chaser and NHF Runner i think he will win a couple this Season on the NHF and Chasing Scene

Silent But Deadly 2m Novice Hurdler just missed out on top 2mile hurdler so put in Novice Company which she be Competitive.

Narariya Polecat - Nice 2m hurdler will be aiming high hopeful of a good season with this one

Jardine 2m 4f Hurdler Very good in trials and looks Top Class dominanted the Trials and i have high hopes she can cut it in the League.

Linford Skittler 2m 6f Novice Hurdle Verys Versatile Gets 2m 4f and might stay competitive up to 3Miles

Honey Honey 3mile Hurdler Looks ok i dont know if my 3 milers are top Notch but if they are she will win Races

Class Hairy 3Mile Novice Hurdler has a bit of class and a turn of foot but does run some bad races but good enough i think on a good day to challenge the top Novices.

One Of Us - Nice 2mile Chaser just Below Zico in the Trials so whatever the one does in the league this one should Match him

Shanghi Lilly- 2m Chaser with a Turn of foot brought in by her Sprinting Expoilts on the Level will win Races.

Bobbie Excel 2m 4F Tough has your Leather boots my big hope for Grade 1 will take a good horse to put Bobbie in His Place.

Ascendant Forgotten 3M Chaser Likes to Front Run sulks sometimes but if allowed to Front run will take some pegging Back pity didn't Stay the Gold Cup distance but will battle the Grade 1's over 3Miles

Belmore Sone 3m 2f Looks a good Prospect for top honours just needs to sort out his jumping could of been my Leger horse but i feel he be better in this code.

Amelie Phary 3m 5F Chaser for the moores 3m 5f Final will win Decernt Races over this trip

Emmalegend February - 4Mile Chaser Run well in the 3m 2f Trial at Percy warner Park but other are better now but she Trialed well on 4miles so shes in for the moores

Rezwan Calling - Sound 4Plus Stayer but failed to get around in the National trial hopefully that was just a one off.

Post Re: SO7 Stable Tour and League Horses Guide.
I have played 50 seasons in total in one combined game. I recently discovered that my older 6 and 7yo's that I sent jumping were actually brilliant on the flat and have started trialling all my cast off NH horses back over the flat with some amazing results. The times they are running are astonishing and I haven't run these sort of times on the flat since way back in SO3. So am very hopeful that my flat horses will run well. NH I did well in the trials but haven't managed many seasons since then. So am in the same place I was in the trials and I expect some people to have caught up to me as I don't think you require many seasons to be competitve anymore.

Flat

My flat stable is made of mainly older horses. My 2yo's are mostly from under 20 seasons. I just don't improve my 2yo's anymore. My 3yo's are there to see where I am. I think the bulk of my wins will come from my older horses.

Older Horses
These are the stars of my stabel and are many lengths better, in most cases, than anything I have under the age of 5. The times they are all running are group level hence my elevated entries in week 1, with almsot a full complement at Dubai

2m4f
Dragon Keeper (1m6-2m4f), 7yo stallion, Political Intrigue-Lateral Thinking, Soft
Ran really well in NH winning the gold cup amongst other races. Better as 8yo in the season played after I had finished my uploads. No match for my NH horses but trials really well over the flat and won his first flat G1 on the flat aged 7 and the reeled off a few more. Not sure if he is good enough to beat John's distance horses but should be thereabouts in the top races

Melancholy Cove (2m2-2m4f), 5yo stallion, Threat of Invasion-Cry Wolf, Good
One of the very few of my older horses that has yet to run over fences. Out of multiple gold cup winning front running parents. This hold up horse can get going late and will run on late, but will hopefully be competitive in the top races

2m
Red Harvest, (2m), 4yo stallion, Poiltical Intrigue-Storm of Swords, Good
The exception to the rule a 4yo and I sold this  Luckily he is in the breeding barn. Forgot he trialed well and sold him. Hold up horse with incredible turn of foot. Jumping is poor and that's probably why he got sold. Based on times is the best 2miler I have evr bred and I had some very good ones back in SO2 and SO3. Expect to win a group race with him

1m4-1m6
All my 12f horses get 14f so just uploaded 3 to give me options. Based on times this is my strongest distance on the flat
Blood Harvest, (12f) 7yo stallion, Whiskey Company-Francesca Findabair, Good
My best 12f horse. Incredible turn of foot. Went jumping at a young age so didn't run much on the flat. Wins most of my flat trials though and times are eye watering. Running in Dubai in week 1 and hoping for a very good run.

Moral Disorder, (12f-14f), 7yo stallion, Mean Streets-Godspell, Good
Actually ran reallly well on the flat in game but didn't trial well as likes 12f to 14f so sent him jumping were he performed and trialed poorly. However he become an absolute beast when older on the flat and has been exported with challenge early as it suits his running style and allows him to run well over 12f. My acid test horse in week 1 as running against most of the top 3yos. It will let me know if my older horses will be competetive against the top trainers younger horses

Brother in Arms, (12f-14f), 7yo mare, Jeremy Breeze-Ice and Fire, Firm
Out of a game horse and moderate mare of mine. Relatively poor young flat campeign, sent jumping with mixed results as she doesn't like soft ground. However trialed really over the flat so sent her back on a flat campeign and had major succes with her. The weakest of my 12f horses but the best over 14f. Should hopefully run well in all the mare races. Yes and the name was a mistake missed she was female

9-10f
Mystic Lake, 10f, 7yo stallion, Foot Soldier-Unendliche Gesschichte, Soft
Amazing horse. Useless over both flat and fences until late in 6yo career. Kept around as I had learnt that the mares progeny matured very late and happy I did. There are images of him in the monster thread. My best 10f horse. Entered in Dubai World Cup, not sure it will suit him as the tight track and dirt probabkly not good for him, but he will be a real force on courses like Ascot and Sandown

Endless Nights, 10f, 7yo mare, Beggars Banquit-Travel North, Good
Bred in the purple for NH hurdling career, but that never really went well. Sent back over the flat aged 7 and reeled in a number of G1 wins. Hold up horse with electryfying turn of foot. If she wins or runs well at Lingfield then she will be a real force in the league. Very close to Mystic Lake in ability

Dancing Goddess, 9-10f, 6yo mare, Public Trial-Unendliche Gesschichte, Good
One of my favourite horses in game. There is picture of her on the monster thread. Not much of performer when young and a total flop as a hurdler. However mares progeny mature very late and she become a flat monster from 6 and is awesome in my trials. Amazing front runner with devastating late kick. Should have run in world cup but thought my best chance Dubai success was winning was the Duty Free

7-8f
Rampage Town, 7-8f, 7yo stallion, Public Trial-Ghost General, Good
Had a decent jumps career in game, but trialed poorly. Switched him to flat trials were he was revelation, destroying my 8f horses, although that is not saying much. Times are just off best but with some luck might grab a group race.

Big Gamble, 6-8f, 6yo stallion, Afterglow-Jurassic Park, Soft
Flat bred, both parents can't jump. However was decent if not spectacular over jumps. However came into his own sent back over the flat. Decent from 6 to 1f and would help if the ground is soft

Sprinters
Waterfall, 6-7f, 6yo mare, Tornado Flips-Daenerys Targaryen, Good
Bred from the the game horse, that has been the sire of my monster sprinter lines, and my star 2m4 hurlder ( In my Nh team ). Decent over sprints at 2 and 3 before form tailed off. Sent over hurdling and actaully had a decent chasing career but not that good in trials. However a monster in flat trials and returned her to the flat where she picked up numerous G1's. In the Dubai race in week 1 which won't suit. If she runs well there then it will be a really good season for her

Hood Sickle, 5f only, Hunters Kestrel-Cersei Lannister, Good
This one is for Josh. Out of game sire and a mare who was a monster in trials but never one race in game. Learnt an important lesson from the broodmare though, don't bin anything until after trials. She is a monster broodmare and this is her top offspring. Races handy and clocks in the 57 seconds on Ascot. Expecting group success and is by far the best sprinter I have ever bred

Naked Sun, 5f, Tornado Flips-Cersei Lannister, Soft
Out of top sprinting game sire. Had to wait almost 40 season for him but this French sire has really transformed my lines. Not as good as her half brother unless the word soft appears in the ground conditions. Strong front runner and depending on ground should pick up races

3yo's
Only a few in this division and don't expect much as they are so very inferiro to my older horses, but it's good to have a marker to see where I am

2m4f
Geralt of Rivia, 12f, 3yo colt, Whiskey Company-Film Noir, Good
Top horse in game, multiple G1's and a sire of over 100 G1 winners. Can't jump though so sires horses for my flat lines. Only trials well at Epsom, but I suppose that is what matters. Don't expect much though and will probably be handicapping

Bloodstone, 12f, 3yo filly, Whiskey Company-Aes Sedai, Good
Half sister to Geralt but much better and actually ran well in the flat trials. She can't get close to my older horses. Hoping for a win or a group placing with her. But not holding my breath

Unlikely Spy, 10f, 3yo filly, Debt of Honour-Cailin Kabs, Good
Out of a 7f sire and a game broodmare miler I bought at the sales. Needs 10f though :? Hold up horse who will need some luck and probably not good enough either.

Vinyl Cafe, 8f, 3yo filly, Afterglow-Gift of Flight, Good
Out of my star sprinter who has sired mainly milers. Parents were both my top trialers before the introduction of older horses into trials. Races handy so she may surprise but trial times aren't good enough

Disintegration, 8-9f, 3yo colt, Afterglow-Oath Rod, Good
Hold up horse will come from last, probably arrive too late but you never know. More likely to sneak a group place somewhere

Wild Sight, 6f, 3yo filly, Afterglow-Reign of Shadows, Good
Probably destined to have a short career as my older horses are vastly superior but wanted to see where my 3yo sprinters are.

Juveniles
My nostalic section. Don't really improve this division much so horses are from very long ago, over 30 seasons ago in some cases. My horses mature late so stands to reason I won't have much in the way of 2yo's

Walden Instrument, 6-8f, 2yo colt, Suprendre Histoire-Portia's Delight, Good
Out of 2 game breds. Although the father who I bough at sales was the father of almost all my lines. He produced 2 amazing sons. One of which sired most of my jump lines and this is the other the father of most of most of my flat lines. Won over 30 G1's in game. Fathered over 150 G1 winners, but that was a long time ago. Still runs well in my 2yo trials though

Super Trouper, 5f, 2yo colt, Apocalylse-Heaven and Earth, Good
After an unspectacular career I sold him and had to breed with him from the game. Caused me to start 7f trials so 7f horse like hime wouldn't slip throughh the cracks again, and a good thing too as one of my top sires Debt of Honour is a 7f horse. Only gets 5f at 2 but is a strong front runner so can hold on

Where Eagles Dare, 5-7f, 2yo filly, Walden Instrument-Ryewater Before, Good
Ran well enough in trials. Hold up horse who well need the breaks but may pick up a race or two

Ninth Configuration, 5-7f, 2yo filly, Geralt of Rivia-Travel North, Good
Won races from 5f to 10f in game on the flat and from 2m to 3m over fences. Very versatile and multiple group race winner. Still a yardstick in a lot of my trials inclduing my offcasts trials. If my horses beat her over 10 or 12f in the offcasts trials they are good. Won a 1 mile trial but equally as good over 6. Better on dry ground and expect to win a race

House of Dreams, 7-8f, Geralt of Rivia-Vox Populi. Firm
Was my top 12f horse until the introduction of older horses. Good at 2 and even better on firmer ground. Hoping for a group placing

NH

This really where my stable excels, amd for a long time now have been mainly a NH trainer. My horses ran well in the trials but haven't improved since then so other might have caught up, nevertheless still hoping for a good season as have some potential stars. Note how the breeding is vastly different to my flat horses. Almost all my jumpers in my stable were very poor on the flat, most never winning a race on the level

Open Horses
These are mainly 1 horse who I think can win a G1 and a backup. who tend to land up as handicappers. Most of my potential stable stars will be in this section

Hurdlers

2m
Stable Star
Unendliche Geschichte, 16-17f, 7yo mare, Walden Instrument-Wereldberoemd, Soft,
Bred a very long time ago, but a real monster. Picture is in monsters thread. Amazing front runner won 2 league trial races. I have uploaded her best age and it will take something really special to pass her. Handles all conditions but incredibly lethal on soft ground. Never seen her fall in any trial

Understory Rebel, 16-18f, 6yo stallion, Beggars Banquet-Unendliche Geschichte, Good
Can beat his mother on more testing courses. Better as a 7yo but still good as 6 and hoping to bring him back next season. Will probably double up in G1's to compete against his mother. Picture of him is in monsters thread

2m4-2m5
Stable Star
Daenerys Targaryen, 7yo mare, 20-21f, Rise of the Machines-Power Queen, Good
Unfashionable breeding, sire and dam won 1 group 2 race between them. but both trialed well. Bred a very long time ago. Never set the course alight but won some G1 2m4 hurdles and has been one of the top horses in my trials for ages. An example of a horse who wasn't that good in game but is a monster in CK. Also an indication that you can produce some decent in about 20 seasons

Dreams of Steel, 6yo mare, 20-24f, Nicene Fury-Highgarden, Soft
Eratic but can produce some stunning performances. Flat sire was a good sire of NH horses and this mare was one of his best. Not sure of her best distance but a good understudy to Daenerys and adapatabilty should get some wins. Better on soft ground

3m
Stable Star
Recruiting Agent, 7yo mare, 24-25f, Svengali-Pillow Talk, Soft
The 6yo version, who is vastly inferior ran in the trials. Going to a be a big player in the G1 races and will be aimed at the World Hurdle. Probably the best 3 mile hurdler I have ever bred. Have high hopes for her this seasons. Out of an astonishing sire of hurdlers, Svengali, who has produced a number of my best hurdlers

War Leadership, 7yo stallion, 24-25f, Distant Future-Riverlands, Good
Capable understudy to Recruiting agent. Ideally wants 3m1 and there are 2 races which will be ideal for him. He will be aimed at the races at Ascot and Auteil. Races handy so hoping for a good season. Good hurdler in game winning multiple G1's

Chasers

2m
Stable Star
False Horizon, 6yo mare, 16-18f, Jean de Florette-Romantic Lead, Good
Out of a flat sire who was an amazing sire of chasers with great jumping abilities. Consistently wins my trials. Will need a testing course and loves Cheltenham, will be aimed at the Queen Mother a race I have won on a number of occasions. May not run that well elsewhere but in the stable for a race I would like to win

Treasury Matters, 6yo stallion, 16-19f, Tornado Flips-Romantic Lead, Soft
Lacking depth in the 2 mile chase division and he is at best a handicapper. Comes from very far back, and the softer the better. Bred from a game sprinter and 2 mile hurlder and performed well over sprints and hurdlers in game so may run in some hurdles

2m4-2m6
Stable Star
Footprints, 6yo mare, 20-22f, GI Joe-Winter Romance, soft
Out of a truely amazing horse and the sire of many monster Nh horses. This mare is ultra consistant, ideally wants soft ground and a testing course but will be thereabouts in the big races. Fully matures at 8 so may be coming back next season depending on performances

Saragossa Manuscript, 7yo stallion, 19-24f, Arthdal Chronicles-Defuse the Bomb, Soft
Out of the father of most my jump lines, Arthdal Chronicles. Bred a very long time ago. A monster in game and in trials but an absolute disaster at stud. Will go for The Ryanair and have high hopes for him. Very versatile and have many options with him, all types of ground are fine

3m
Stable Star
Lateral Thinking, 6yo mare, GI Joe-Kansas, soft
Remarkable mare won numerous G1 hurdles and G1 chases game. Trials well over multiple ages and distances. At 6 she is good enough for both 3 mile hurdles and chases. Will be going for King George, in a hurdle race in week 1 but way better as a chaser so will only see her true ability in week 2. Will be going for all the big 3 mile races

Beowulf, 7yo stallion, 21-24f, Beaumonts Wheatall, Pillow Talk, Soft
Out of game sire. Doesn't get much further than 3 miles and hoping to pick up a listed or lower group race with him. Good in game over a range of distances

3m3
Stable Star
GI Joe, 7yo stallion, 24-29f, Vaguely Knights-Pillow Talk,Soft
Bred from a moderate jumper who trialed very well and a decent dam. Both sires were not that spectacular but he is. One of the best I have bred, my Gold Cup horse and a true monster. Cantered up in his trial. The only horse I have ever had that has won the Gold cup and Grand National in the same year in game. Picture is in monster thread. Will probably come back next season. Monster sire of a number of stars

Slow Burner, 7yo stallion, 27-30f, GI Joe-Volcanic Eruption, Soft
Both parents are in my league team. Capable understudy to GI Joe, won numerous Gold Cups in game and will be better when the ground is testing

3m3
Stable Star
Await Your Reply, 8yo mare, 27-32f, GI Joe-Gold and Silver, Soft
Auteil and heavy ground are what she requires and that's why she is in my stable. Probably will be too highly rated for handicaps but can get 3m3 in testing ground. Grand National is too far for her at 8, but in her compass at 9 and 10

4m-4m4
Fire Fox, 9yo mare, 32-35f, Jean De Florette-Graceful, Good
Monster on flat from age 2 winning a number of group races. Only ran a few races over fences so she could trial reasonably as found horses who don't run over fences never trial well over fences. Exported from the breeding barn so technically she is running while in foal. Can't remember which foal she had at 9 though :) Unfortunately she can fall but that may land helping her rating.

Don Quixote/b], 9yo stallion, The Verdict-Diverging Path, Soft
Better jumper than Fire Fox but vastly inferior when she gets round. Will have to be well handicapped to have any chnace in the national. Might see what his rating is and then keep him under wraps until the Grand National.

[b]Novices

In the past my best horses have gone in the novice division so I could hopefully win more races. Haven't done that this season. And the best novice horses are either my second or third string.

Hurdlers

2m
Best novice
Red Iron Nights, 16-17f, 7yo mare, Armoured Fist-New Hope, Good
My best bumper horse in the limited bumper trials I did. Will see how Shogun goes in week 1 bumper as that will be a good indication of where my bumper horses are. Not far off Unendliche Geschichte in ability and a multiple G1 winner in game. So hoping for some group success with her

Tintern Breda, 16-17f, 6yo mare, Super Trouper-Irish Round, Good
Game bred from a horse I sold. Bough at auction and has performed well over hurdles. Hold up horse so will probably arrive late. Decent bumper horse but again gets going to late. One of stable lesser lights

2m4-2m5
Best novice
Storm Witch, 20-21f, 6yo Mare, Golem in the Gears-Travel North, Good
Not much good in game but trials well, and 2m4 races are limited in game so has not had much opportunities. Hoping for some big runs. Recently bred and still has a jumps a career ahead of her in game

White Ships, 20-21f, Walden Instrument-Great Expanse, Good
Bred a very long time ago. Won a pre season trial and still wins some of my trials. In for the Auteil race as he likes the course, also seems to like Cheltenham. So form may be very eratic in game. One for the big prices

3m
Best novice
Golem in the Gears, 6yo stallion, 24f, Svengali-Clairvoyant, Soft
Out of 2 star 3 mile hurdlers and he was one himself winning a number of world hurdles. Runs in a chase in week 1 not expecting much as he has never been chasing in game or trials. Hurdling his is discipline and his best will be seen from week 2

Swordbearer, 7yo mare, 21-24f, White Ships-Recruiting Agent, Good
Consistent not spectacular. In team for her reliability so probably just get a string of places. Both parents are in my Nh league team

Chasers

2m
Best novice
Shogun, 16-17f, 7yo stallion, Public Trial-Ghostly Cavalcade, Good
Good bumper horse. Decent 10f horse in game, messed up his jumps career as I though he wanted further but he doesn't get much further than 2 miles. Sound jumper but not sure if he is good enough for a G1 win

Chess, 16-17f, 6yo mare, Walden Instrument-Phase Nord, Good
Bred a very long time ago, probably from over 30 season ago. A monster in game with a string of G1 chases to her name. Won a pre season trial race as well. A hold up horse with fondness for Cheltenham and that's why she is in the team

2m4-2m5
Best novice
Tree of Life, 20-21f, 6yo Mare, GI Joe-Enlightened Ruler, Soft
Star in game with a number of G1 chases to her name. Trials well and probably my second best horse over 2m5. Expecting some wins from her. She will be removed after week 1's race results as can't have full sisters

Volcanic Eruption, 20-21f, Jean de Florette-Fortunately, Good
A mare who races handy. Stellar game career with multiple G1's over fences. Expecting soem big runs and as an added bonus likes to race handy or lead

3m
Best novice
Kentucky Fried, 6yo stallion, 24f, GI Joe-Enlightened Ruler, Soft
Just noticed I have a full sister. Going to have to remove one from my stable. Second best 3 mile horse and hoping to win the RSA Chase with her. It does mean that Tree of Life will be removed from stable

Bomber inthePocket, 7yo mare, 21-24f, Suprendre Histoire-Sea Cottage, Good
Ancient horse, bred in season 15 or something like that. Still wins some trials, and in as wanted to see how the older horse would do. Not expecting much though

Juvenile

2m
Stable Star
Rough Weather, 16-17f, 4yo mare, Debt of Honour-Unendliche Geschichte, Good
Unendliche Geschichte last foal. Only just got her to 4 so she could compete in league. Normally beats Unendliche Geschichte in the 4yo trials

Post Re: SO7 Stable Tour and League Horses Guide.
Only been playing for the last two weeks, had quite a lot of time due to the current situation. Have just used one flat game, a game solely focusing on national horses which gave me a few 2m+ for the flat game aswell and one jumps game focusing on a gold cup type horse. Hopefully they will be able to pick up a few handicaps at some point.

90% of the flat team have all come from one sire at some point and a large majority of my best horses in the ck, have actually been rather poor game horses, with most good game horses largely underperfoming in the ck, however their offspring seem to do okay.

2yos
Janaat Island- wins most of my 5f trials, is also a very recent game horse so looking to any offspring it has as have recently placed in the breeding barn.

Graphex Spin - not a great horse but consistently made the top 5 in trials over both 5 and 6f.

Interaction - Another recent horse hasnt had a 3yo season on the game yet, out of two very succesful game horses that both struggled in the ck, is a 7f specalist, that struggled to make the frame over any other distance.

Woodborough Jacko - solid 2yo miler, that could have made the team as a 3yo over 1.4m, so if any of mine do okay will probably return next season.

Idris - one of the first horses bred in the game and probably just shows my weakness over this distance however destroyed the field of 2yo trialists by 14 lengths in a pretty fast time so went straight in the team.

3yo
Elmont - Did well in trials over 5f in what was quite a limited pool to chose from, was out of practice which was responsible at some point for most of my horses elmont became my top sire after practice.

Practice - bred very early in my game could have made the team at any age stays up to a mile but is best over 6f most of the team have him in their linage at some point or other.

Reckoning Ambition - miler that was quite lucky to make the team directly out of practice aswell.

Tamadot Hitchens - another miler was out of reckoning ambition my 3yo filly miler.

Muckross Raver - one of the more prolific winners in trials and was actually a good game horse aswell winning 5 group ones.

Amjaad Landing - won good races over 1.4m in game but will originally be tried over 1.2m as that was his best distance in the ck.

Thunda Queen - was at one point going to be my guinness horse but as i exported more horses couldnt make the frame over a mile anymore and was much better suited to 1.4m, doubt it will stay strongly is probably just a very poor distance for me.

Record Guzman - Was very poor in game and sold as a 4yo even though he had a very good potential bar was only exported as i was using the export all function, however was prolific in trials and luckily turned up in the barn so have bred a few from him, a very good example of why not to trust game form.

Mokalif Klass - only in team as he is my only 3yo that stays 1.6m was a long way ahead of others in trials but i believe that is only because nothing else really stayed. was bred from milers aswell so not sure where the staying ability came from.

4yo+
Spanish Castille - Was originally due to make the team as a 3yo but stayed 6f a lot better at 4 so gives me more races to target as a 4yo, out of elmont who makes the team as my 3yo sprinter.

Sorivera Suquet - best over 7f but is good over a mile aswell also out of elmont so brings a lot of speed.

Where Next - Strange addition to the team front running gelding, who does very well in trials from 7f-1.2m, shocking game form and was the reason it was gelded, but now wish i could breed from it.

Farhana Landaise - one of the exceptions that was a very good game horse and very good in the ck, hope to win a race with this one, could have made the team at any age, and will probs have a jumps career after this season. is best over a mile.

Alesandro Deux - interesting breeding one of a very small number not related to practice only just been retired to stud in game so i am looking forward to seeing what he produces.

Anshan Idea - good 1.4m horse that was useless at 2 and 3yo, but took off as a 4yo.

Exhibit - currently down as a 1.4m horse however i believe wants further just made the team getting home very late over 1.4m

Roses Deco - out of Exhibit, gets the 1.6m very well and is a prolific winner in trials but again is probably just a weak distance for me.

colliers steel, granit and quickfire maria - All bred in my grand national game were the best horses in limited 2m-2.4m flat trails from the horses exported in that game all 8yos and may be too old really but they stay all day and hopefully will pick up a handicap or two between them.

Post Re: SO7 Stable Tour and League Horses Guide.
Let's start with my flat team. I've played this game from when i first got SO7, 70+ seasons in and still haven't had a 100% potential flat horse. Not sure if it was a bug previously or just my game hasn't had any full potential horses from the very start. I could have a bunch of average horses coming into this league. I've slowly been improving from my trail races. I guess everyone is in the unknown been the first season a the new game and that makes it very exciting for everyone.

2YO Sprinters

Pivotal Heffron (C) 5-7F Firm

Probably my best and most consistent 2yo in my stable. He could be G1 material in the league, he shows a wicked turn of foot in his races. Has just made it into my breeding barn and he's producing very precocious 2yo right off the bat. He could be a special stallion with what I've seen so far.

Chounguya 6F (C) Good

Very speedy 2yo and raced in the trails finishing close up in his first race and won the second one. He's an older 2yo from my ealier game but shows bags of speed. He can keep up with Pivotal Heffron.

Pearl Jam 6F (C) Good

My last 2yo sprinter and he's from very earlier on in my game. Can expect a power packed finish and will be thereabouts in his races. I didn't seem to have a good enough 2yo sprinter filly. Will see how these race and how much my fillies are off.

2YO 7F - 1m2F

Callen Murf (C) 1M Dirt

He trails very well, likes dirt and let's see. I'm not convinced he's anything out of the ordinary.

Moone Barn 7F (F) Firm

Nice filly. Very strange trails with her she can win very well but also flops in her races. All the same looking forward to seeing her on a racecourse.

Rosiemary Murphy (F) 1m+ Good

Leaves in very late in her races, mostly to late. Will be finishing strongest late on. All the 1m+ races is where she's aimed at.

3YO Sprinters

Loco Coco 5-6F (F) Firm

Not in the same league as Eman's Confession, gutted EC cannot partake but she's consistent and not expecting much with her.

Aldmay Culture (C) 6F Firm

Game Breed who ran very good in an earlier trail and will be finishing late and very fast.

3YO Milers

Neverlookback (F) 1M Firm

My classic Filly. Ultra consistent in all her trail races Turf and Dirt. He mother was a wonder breeding mare (Rosiemary) who is in my 3YO middle distance league team. She has quite a few of her siblings competing.

Quantity Surveyor (F) 1M-1m2F Soft

Another Filly from my Rosiemary bloodlines. Very talented and tough Filly. Likes Turf or Dirt. Quietly excited about this Filly. Could be a real force in all the top 3YO races from 1M to 1M2F. Likes to dig her toes in, so would need cut in the ground.

Borolo Playfull (C) 1M Good

Small and powerful Colt who is a newcomer to my team and been clearing up in my trails. Another who i believe could be top drawer. Looking forward to see this fellow on the racecourse.

Riskier Keeper (C) 1M Good

Aother hit and miss type. Little bit behind the above 3 but can show up once in a while.

3YO 1M2F+

Cabin Fever (C) 1M2F Firm

I'm not sure about my 1M2F horses. Seem a mixed bag of possibly average horses. But this one shows up well in his trails.

Tawzeea Ings (C) 1M2F Firm

Could be average at best. Will look at some big handicaps once i have a good look through the flat schedule.

Born To Be Wild (F) 1M-1M3F Good

Keeping the faith with yet another Rosiemary ultra consistent and tough 3YO Filly. Likes all ground and can be good at a number of distances. Will be having lots of fun with this one. Potentially very good indeed. Like a few of my horses, i'm looking forward to seeing her race.

3YO Middle Distance

Rosiemary 1M4F (F) Soft

One of my all-time favourite horses i've ever had in any SO series of this game. Winner of 24 G1 in game races and producing 125+ G1 offspring with a 94% stakes win streak only 1 horse didn't manage a pattern race win. She was a freak on and off the track. I would say around 50/60% of all my league horses are from this one Broodmare. So looking forward to seeing her race and her babies as well.

Task Analsis 1M4F (F) Good

Big scopey Filly with a lot of talent. Comes from my Rosiemary bloodlines and also one of my all-time best stallions (G-Unit) who himself had over 150 G1 winning siblings.

Kowhar Wench (F) 1M4F-1M6F Firm

Guessing game what to expect with this one. Not sure what hew best trip is yet. Will experiment and find out.

Tarooq Kimberley 1M4F (C) Good

All my Fillies are better than my middle distance Colts. Not sure what that means but he runs well in my trails. Not expecting great things.

4YO Sprinters

Loney Tunes (M) 6F-7F Good

Won a league trail not so long ago. Has a beautiful burst of acceleration. Could be very competitive in all older 7F races.

Aymard Crezene (H) 6F-7F Good

The only horse which made in into my flat team from my combined league game. Seems very quick in my trails and beats all my flat league sprinters. Got a feeling my Sprinters aren't up to much.

4YO Miler

King Of The North (H) 4YO Good

Only average. Very disappointed with my 4YO Milers. Likes Turf and Dirt.

4YO 1M2F+

Artic Snowfall (M) 1M2F Firm

Shows up well in my trails. These few weeks of trailing will see how good she fairs.

Baliyna Zafeen (F) 1M2F+ Good

Cannot split them. Again could be a bunch of handicappers around 1M2F.

4YO 2M-2M4F

Lille Bandit (M) 4YO Firm

Believe my 2m+ horses are average. This one can run big races in my trails around the 2m division.

Allencat Craic (M) 5YO 2M2F+ Good

My Ascot Gold Cup horse. Stays very well and has a turn of foot. Not sure how she will go against other 2m+ stayers.

Just want to thank all the team behind the scenes running the league. I know personally the time and effort what goes into making this happen.

Lastly. Good luck to all, win or lose it's about taking part and having some fun & banter along the way.

NH Team to follow.....

Many Thanks

Craig

Post Re: SO7 Stable Tour and League Horses Guide.
Flat Team

I make no secret of the fact I am not that interested in flat racing, I don’t watch it or follow it in any capacity aside from the odd corporate day out, which is more about the champagne and canapes. This coupled with the fact that I now have a bouncing baby boy at home and a new role at work which has seen my play time drop from 3 or 4 hours a day on SO6 to at best 3 or 4 hours a week on SO7 my flat team is an after thought without a great deal of love and attention.

I don’t have full potential horses. I did early on in the game but it was too early and quickly diluted by the rubbish mares I had at the time, I have not found one since and if I am honest I think I have made a mess of the game by rushing my breeding and game play generally and dumping hundreds of my casts off into the game pool, many multi G1 winning monsters, so that now every horse the game throws up looks exactly like the ones I breed. I have plateaued and after 30 odd seasons I think it is time to start again. Expectations are very low, I doubt I have more than two or three group level horses and if I can muster 10 wins this season I shall be pleased. Write up will be a little less than my normal ramblings will save that for the NH for those of you who have troubling sleeping right now. :)

2YO’s

Push The Tempo

Sire Calm The Feck Down – In team as a 2yo
Dam Zibet Please – Gamebred breeding Mare

5f filly who I have fairly low expectations for, unlikely to rate much beyond 80-90. Breeding is 50/50 my stock and G1 winning game stock.

Whiskey Marmalade

Sire Fantastic Marmalade – Gamebred with 18 G1 wins
Dam Curry Night – Gamebred breeding Mare

When Fantastic Marmalade landed in the barn I was reasonably excited and bred him to just about everything. And whilst he has rolled out loads of multi G1 winning sprinters in game, they don’t trial very well at all. This Colt tops my 5f 2yo trials by some margin but I think that speaks more to my lack of talent generally than his. Handicapper maybe rating 90-110.

Calm The Feck Down

Sire Plays Piano – No league form came nowhere in the exibitions
Dam Jo Knows – Gamebred breeding mare

Excitable Colt who will throw a few races with his bad temper. Have now bred him out of my lines, and he is one of the last throw backs to the only full potential horse I have found. He still trails well enough to scrap into the 2yo team. My real 2yo stars all entered when they are older. Handicapper 90-100

Black Rider

Sire Circus Star – Multi G1 winning gamebred
Dam Gaye Fame – Gamebred breeding mare

Used to win pretty much everything in my 2yo trials from 6f to 1m. Now just hangs onto a place at 6f for sentimental reasons. Likes to come late so may nick the odd low grade handicap. 60-80 rating at best.

Whats The Verdict

Sire Whats The Catch – No league form, 3rd in the first exhibitions.
Dam Soubresaut Monica – Gamebred breeding mare

Sire did well in the first set of exhibition races running 3rd, but has long since fallen out of favour and his line is largely wound up. 7f to 1m horse but at best a handicapper 80-90 is my expectation.

Rider on the Storm

Sire Whats The Catch - No league form, 3rd in the first exhibitions.
Dam Black Rider – In league team as a 2yo

About the best of my 2yo’s and that is not saying a lot. Soundly beaten by horses I enter when older so yet another handicapper. 90-100 most likely.

3YO’s

Doughnuts for Frank

Sire Coffee And Doughnuts – In team as a 4yo
Dam House That Frank Built – In team as a 4yo

First of my potential stars, by which I mean first who horse who may be group level competitive. He dominated trials from 2yo to 4yo from 6f to 1m, though when older he mostly featured at 6f. This denotes a total lack of talent and depth in my flat horses more than anything else and I think he should have come into the league as a 2yo. Both parents are in the 4yo team. Group 3 prospects.

Daughter of Dante

Sire Dante – Homebred G3 winner at 1m
Dam Pickle Worship – Gamebred breeding mare

Another who I think should have come in as a 2yo on reflection where she stared at trial. Was decent at 3yo but not some dominate and I think the 3yo division will be hot. O well. Not going to trouble any of the group races, handicapper 90-100 at best.

Best of Both Worlds

Sire Frank Reins – Homebred G1 winner
Dam Catch The Wave – Homebred G3 winner

Was really excited by this horse initially as he combined my old 100% ‘Catch’ line with a low potential but highly successful horse out of a game (not the legend) version of Frankel. Is my best 1m prospect from 2yo to 3yo, but I am not sure now he will more than a handicapper. Probably 100-110 for this chap.

Dantes Inferno

Sire Dante – Homebred G1 winner
Dam Laser Nesgoda – Gamebred breeding mare.

Great in game awful at trial, real barrel scrapper this one. 70-90 handicapper.

Derby Day

Sire Let Me Be Frank – Homebred G1 winner from the Frankel line
Dam Plastic Explosive – Homebred G1 winner

Another who is just making up a full team, nothing to write home about, though is a decent 4yo hurdler, maybe next season for that. 70-90 handicapper.

Belladona

Sire Critical Cantor – Homebred G1 winner
Dam Saucy Suzy – Gamebred breeding mare

My undoubted star of the stable won the handicapped exhibition and came 2nd in the open race. I do think I may regret not bringing her in as a 4yo but since she is my only true star I wanted to get two seasons out of her. Sire was a homebred that I actually sold and had to breed from someones elses stud, the dam has had a hand in a lot of my better horses, though sadly at 21 she just passed away in the barn. Not bred anything of note from Belladona herself. Oaks will be her main target if I do not find the 3yo class to hot. Group One Prospect.

New Jack Hustler

Sire Brave New World – In team as a 4yo
Dam Saucy Suzy – Gamebred breeding mare

The horse who always comes 2nd to Belladona trial and thus my best colt at 1.4m. saucy suzy again plays a part in his breeding, but I am not expecting a derby challenge. Handicapper 100-110.

Saint of the Leger

Sire Brave New World – In team as a 4yo
Dam Junket Collonges – Gamebred breeding mare

Late arrival and looks that part on paper for the race she was named for, least again the alternatives. Not convinced she is group standard however in league terms. Likely handicapper 100-110, may challenge low group races.

Raahin White

Sire Muffraaj - Gamebred
Dam Chilibang Bang – Gamebred

I had originally started 4 games, I now only play two, but this chap survives from at now deleted UK combined game. I actually sold him after his 3yo season and he immediately went on to win the Melbourne Cup teaching me I was running him at the wrong distances. If any horse shows how bad my team is at 2m it is him as he still leads the 3yo trials, the only age I have him exported for.

4YO’s

Coffee and Doughnuts

Sire Calm The Feck Down – In the team as a 2yo
Dam Jo Knows – Gamebred breeding mare

Not a bad sort this chap, breeding is from my better sprint line now I have dealt with the quirks and excitable characters, but I am really not expecting he will trouble any of the group races. Handicapper 100-110 at a guess.

House That Frank Built

Sire Frank Reins – Homebred G1 winner
Dam Lifting – Homebred breeding mare

Low in the pecking order of my trials and did nothing in the exhibitions. Handicapper 70-90 at a guess.

Favourable Verdict

Sire Whats The Verdict – In the team as a 2yo
Dam Golden Brown – Homebred breeding mare

Nothing special at all, just scrapped onto the trail sheets and will be a low grade handicapper at best 70-80 likely his level.

Zulu Dawn

Sire Nimrod – In team as a 4yo
Dam Saucy Suzy – Gamebred breeding mare

Possible star this horse though mostly as he is a hard staying front runner and I think front running types will be hard to beat in the league right now. Ranges from 1m to 1.4m though I think that is really only due to my lack of class generally 1m his likely best distance. Saucy Suzy is once again the dam. Group level contender.

Vanquish

Sire Nimrod – In team as a 4yo
Dam Saucy Suzy – Gamebred breeding mare

Full sister of Zulu Dawn above, but not quite the same horse, running style is her undoing and lacks the potential and speed to come into the race from the pack. Handicapper 80-100.

Nimrod

Sire Royale With Cheese – Homebred G1 winner in game
Dam Craving And Raving – Homebred race winner in game

Absolute beast in the game, trials like a dog and only just about scraps onto the team sheets. Handicapper and a bad one 70-90 at a guess.

Its A Trap

Sire New Jack Hustler – In team as a 3yo
Dam Ground Moss – Gamebred breeding mare

Decent but not special in trial which marks him as a bit of a donkey in the league. Handicapper 80-90 if I had to guess.

Brave New World

Sire Ebony Breeze – Gamebred multi G1 winner
Dam Amazed – Homebred breeding mare

Last of the horses I think might be half decent in the league, the gamebred who sired him was a beast and the dam was a high potential horse who never reached her potential, but he did and did well in both game and trial from 1.6m to 2m. The later is where he does his best work. Group level potentially.

Dimension of Time

Sire Dimension Of Dreams – Homebred Melbourne Cup winner in game
Dam Simayill Fighter – Gamebred breeding mare

I think maybe I should have entered his sire, the difference between them in trial is minimal though. Not expecting him to star, is beaten by Brave New World over 2m but does stay up to 2.4m. Handicapper 70-90.

Wants to Stay Forever

Sire Dimension Of Dreams - Homebred Melbourne Cup winner in game
Dam Hello Kitty – Gamebred breeding mare

I could literally copy the above summary, though is perhaps my best 2.4m prospect. No danger of a group race challenge here though. Handicapper 80-100.
