Always Dreaming is rated 105 on the racekit and Andratx is rated 115. Both are entered on the TOM at 100? For a 0-100 handicap. Am I scratching them or not? Did rating change recently?

Scratched Them both and Don't change the ratings. some reason last weeks Gordon Richard's race have all horses on 100 go by the rating on the horse file.

Yes they are the winner is rated 100 and won it of 100 a group race and the rating didn't Change I think Craig has forgot to Change some ratings online your horse file is on 105 and I believe that is the rating he should be on online I know its not your fault and you declared your horse thinking it was 100 I have to decide and I have decided he has Changed the horse Files Correctly but not Tom.

If he didn't change it on TOM, it never officially changed, bad decision
