You are looking in the wrong folder. The pic is of the SO7 folder in documents.

From the pic you have posted,

double click on This PC

double click on Boot c:

double click on program files (86)

I use steam so my computer will be slightly different but try

double click on starters orders 7

hopefully you should now be in the correct folder

If you use Steam you should go to this folder

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starters Orders 7 Horse Racing

I will use the download link in one of the previous posts to download silks.

I have downloaded the league silks and experimented with editing them, I have a few questions regarding technicalities.

If I create my own silks, but put them in slot 83 and exported a horse, would it run in Jim Murray's silks in the online league?
Is that the reason you have to have everyone else's silks in your game? and are allocated the next available slot?

The second question I have is, if Jim Murray (for example) decides he doesn't want to run in black/red silks, could he send you different coloured silks to replace the ones in slot 83 and any previously exported horses would run in the new colours? Or would he have to take the next available number again? And previously exported horses would run in black/red?

1 Online League silks Start with Number 83 Jim Murray all race runners are given the extra Silks at the beginning of the League whatever Silk is 83 will be run in Jim's Colours so yes it would run in Jim's Colours. And yes that's why you have to have other league trainers silks if your silk is 99 you must have all before you plus 1 after you.

2- Yes he can swap and change his silk but must give it to me and the race runners if he wants to see it in the league Slot 83 is his Number no other trainer can have that slot unless Jim states he will no longer play in the league and gives that slot up.
