I used to have these on my game, got a new computer and got the game on steam as game wasn’t loading properly. My question is, am I able to add these mods onto the game through steam? As game isn’t in my files in my computer due to playing via steam.

It should be no problem. If you don't know already, to find the SO7 files in Steam go to...

Program Files>Steam>Steamapps>Common

Maybe you need to restart Steam? They're simple little gfx files. They should work fine like the non-steam version.
