 Which league to join?
I played in SOPL back when it was SO2. I completely skipped SO3, so having multiple leagues is new to me. I was curious if there were differences between the two (three?). Which has the majority of participants, etc...

I believe you can race in all three, but the USA would be the easiest league of all the three.
UKRA is most competitive, and obviously then you have the NHC.

Yes you can race in all 3, your main stable you can have more horses in IE UKRA you could then race in US and NH but you'd have less upload slots for your horses in those given leagues.

Thanks for the replies. A couple more questions:
Can you enter all three right off the bat or is it after a certain number of weeks that you can have horses in other leagues?
Do most SOPL participants run in multiple leagues?
I'm planning on joining the USA league as my main stable but I'm a little worried about low numbers in races. Were the fields good sizes in all the leagues last season?
Thanks again for the replies. More trialing.....

Yeah you can enter all three right off the bat, no waiting to run horses in different leagues (although they must be different horses).

Yeah most trainers do race in multiple leagues, I think the general consensus is that they race in 2 leagues, but alot of people race in all three. It depends on the quality of your stock really and if you want to spread them around.

Field sizes did improve towards the back end of the season, but the general field sizes were around 13-16 unlike the 25+ in the UK league.
