 Only 2 horses eligable?

Post Only 2 horses eligable?
I'm trying to enter some horses for week 2 in NHC, but they only seem to want to let 2 of my horses in, saying they are the only eligable runners? I don't understand...

As I said on the league forum. Handicaps are being updated for the NHC at present, please do not nominate for Week 2 until I post that ratings are good.
