Hi all,


For some reason TOM is not working correctly for some people including me. When you go to place a bet it sometimes shows previous seasons horses. Please read guide below to hopefully sort problems...


LOG OUT..........LOG IN.......Click on View/Enter Races......Click on Week 2......Click on a race and view runners............Now Click Home..........Click on Place Bet and choose Week 2...........Select race and this should now show this seasons horses.


Problem placing smaller bets..........For some reason l use Firefox and this does not show the boxes to place smaller bets, after trying Internet Explorer it does so you need to use this to access that feature. Cant explain why Sorry 8)

i placed a bet on week 4. 10k ew on in it to win it. I meant to put this bet on lee cara's jemimas hot - is there anyhting that can be done to rectify my mistake or am I having to rely on mr vinny gerrard?

You can still place another bet on Mr Cara's horse

yeah but is there no way of retracting my bet on Mr Gerrards horse. I dont mean to offend but I just dont fancy his horse. I like Mr Cara's

I can correct this. Just give me a few mins.

Edit: I've deleted the bet on the wrong horse. You'll now need to do your betting on the correct horse.

Hi

With the major changes to handicapping and other historical issues with TOM (eg age problem at the start of the season) my focus has been on the core functionality.

Unfortunately, with my other commitments at present, betting has been well down my list of priorities. However, I realise for some/many it is an important part of the "oil" that keeps the league alive during the week.

I will have a look at this over the next 24-48 hours to see what can be done.
