No Sir luke, you can enter anytime upto 15 horse stable limit.
You cannot have more than 15 horses in each of the UK, US & NHC leagues.
There are no retirements, no transfers, no deletions etc untill week 6 in which there will be increases to the stable limit etc.
So be careful what you upload now as you can't remove it till week 6 if you make a mistake.
You can enter races for this week too!! But not G1's untill a horse has at least raced once.
