If people enter their horses for both Derby and Oaks this week before Weds; i'll price up all the horses early and do betting that way. Any horses entered after Weds won't get priced up until the usual Sunday pricing up

If there are enough entries I will do an early preview of both!

Very interesting races.

Don`t know how the odd`s are worked out and I`m a lousy punter anyway. But Specialized qouted at 70+/1 last time out were a gift, thankyou and couldn`t believe 30+/1 this week, thankyou again. Get in son.
Bolted to start 1st time out but still finished a respectable 6th then 2nd in a photo last week in a similar contest, do you know something I don`t?

Maybe I should just keep my mouth shut!

Just like to help out a fellow yorkshireman

Nah, I just go by a set way of doing odds. I don't know how to see if what i'm doing is profitable on my side or not, so i'm not going to change the way I do it.

Chances are that your horse is so big in betting to balance things evenly with an odds on shot, most likely one of Scatters

Hi mate, I've just noticed you priced a couple of runner up at 1.00 if I was to have £20,000 @ 1.00 I would have no profit at all and I would only get my money back.

I thought 1.00 was evens? As I can offer odds of under this?

surely 2.00 is evens. so when you go 1.30 on a scatters horse it is 1/3 etc. if you off lower than 1.00 we are basically giving you money haha

Oh right... No one has ever explained it to me, I just presumed becaused 0.6, etc were accepted that 1.00 was evens...

I'll keep this in mind for this Sundays odds complying lads
