Any way finding out which horse is top rated on ratings in each league?

I don't need to know, it just came about after pondering with seeing Acung is rated 100

Not sure thinking myself or someone could look at each division say 2yo sprinter, 2yo 7f/miler, 3yo sprinter, etc etc and poss post them, if no one else wants to i'll try and do it!

EDIT: Spent 20 mins and got absolutely nowhere....It's tough when TOM is acting up and horses have different ratings in different places and not updated on some pages, last year they had the top horse standings which was great but I suppose it ain't going to happen, hopefully it might on the new TOM!

Or someone could go though and do a kind of RPR system. Where you have 'official' ratings and then the 'unofficial' ratings that the person who does it believes is the horses' true mark. This would take time and it ultimately makes you a handicapper but from what I've heard it's all a bit muddled up. Hope you work it out though.
