Whats happening with the handicaps in UK league?

There's one race in particular that 3 of the 4 runners are only having their 2nd race, one of the horses is mine :oops: .

There's other races Rich that its happened, not just that one

The other races where it has happened (2 or 3 occurances) are to test what people were discussing previously, namely single runners who are appearing near the top of the handicap in the next outing and 2yo races where there have been limited opportunities since their upload to get a mark.
