Post Horse Rankings
I wish that TOM's top horses list wasn't broken so I decided to make this list myself. This list is from week 9 to week 11 so any horse before that will probably be not listed.

One thing I noticed right away is that its a lot of freaking work. I wanted to make a seperate list for males/females and 2,3 and 4+ year olds but its too much work so this is the result. It's still not complete as you can see. I will probably remove the age/sex column.

Another thing thats really hard to figure out is what distance to place the horses. All trainers run thier horses in different distances so it can get really confusing. Example is when a horse runs 1m one week then 7f the next then 1m1f, which list do I put it in?

Anyways I figure I'd share this list. There are probably alot of mistakes since its very hard to keep track of so many.

The horses are ranked according to TOM's ratings. So don't blame me if your horse beat the rank 1 and your horse isnt even on the top 10. This is just how they are rated after week 11.

Just a little edit for you though on 3yo+ 1m list... Highland Retreat isn't my horse

But, if you want to get Rich to send him to my stable, i'll take him!

this is great stuff mate!! Im a little surprised to see Queen Victoria not in the list for 7f , shes the highest rated horse over 7f in the league - is this because she hasnt had a recent run??

i was thinking of doing horse of the year awards over in the nhc at the end of year where lists would be made for different categories and the trainers could vote for their winner. maybe one could be done for the flat aswell.

Thanx all

I'll try to update this once a week and see how it goes.

I've fixed this and should be on the next update, unless Rich sells you his horse.

Yea, this list just shows the rating of horses from week 9 to present so if Queen Victoria hasn't run recently then I probably missed her. If she's running this week then she will appear in the next update if not I can just look her up and add her.

I'm surprised that there's no Horse of the Year for any of the leagues. Your voting idea sounds sweet.

there was no horse of the year awards last year due to the league finishing early.

am sure there will be this year. Scatters will clear up for the flats leagues this season lol.

There will be the SOPL horse of the year awards.

We'll put some nominations together and have a public vote.

Wow, excellent stuff Thunder, an update each week would be fantastic, was it hard to do some horses dont show there true rating unless you have clicked on the horses name, in the usra i think, must have taken an age to do all this!
