Thanks Paul can l ask how the betting works mate, l have had an e/w lucky 63, now l put $20'000 in the bet. Is this a stake and my bet total is $2,520,000 or is my total bet $20'000 and that works out to $158.73 e/w??

I'm sure It's the total bet, that is how all my winning bets have been getting paid out.

it has been the way Total bets have been done in TOM
but TOM is wrong in my book as a 10k ew Goliath is 4.94m
to place a bet..Tom only says or takes 20k
when my goliaths loose ..i pay my stakes(losses 4.94m) for each goliath
in my losses in finances which i have been doing since
I first became bookie
one year i was 2m in debt and borrowed the money to balance the books
with a loan from one of my fellow trainers
then i got my 1st big cheque on a goliath i almost got up
havent looked back since in fact im still owed zillions
from the goliath i got up this season(8 wins)
but as i use my money for the Million races etc. it can keep
til TOM gets sorted if it finally does

Can l actually ask, and before l say it this is in no way attacking anyone but have we not had a problem with TOM for a couple of seasons now.Is there anyone thinking or trying to maybe develop TOM? As the money and the horse rating which is the main stuff hasnt seemed to work for a while

I read somewhere that DodgyDave was putting the development of TOM to the side for a few weeks, which is understandable as he was putting a lot his of spare time into the project, I'm sure he was aiming to have the new site up and running for next season.

DodgyDave wrote: Hi All
Apologies for disappearing the last couple of weeks - some dramas on home front with my mother's health.
I have released the following functions: - upload horse - retire horse - transfer horse
I WONT be around tomorrow to deal with any issues so I suggest that anyone who wants to test wait until AFTER noms close for the current week. Having said that, I have successfully uploaded a horse before posting.
As previously advised, I'll try to finish off the redevelopment over Xmas.
Cheers
