Normally would'nt shout up any of my horses in the NHC as being a total newbie, but I might have found a gem that runs some good times in the CK, but I thought that before but lets be "bullish"

Cant wait for the NH league to start. Gonna be my first time having runners in it. I've got a great 4 mile 4 chaser called Lindy Lou who who 4 Aintree Grand Nationals in a row in my game and beats all my other good stayers over on all types of ground.

Haha, hopefully.
They could be world beaters on my game but I'm sure you all have excellent stayers too.

Looking forward to seeing your horses Jimmy!!
Think this could be the strongest season yet in the NH League. Am looking forward to seeing what peoples got.
I have a few good stayers for the season jim, Padraig however could be the one we all gotta look out for next season!!!!
My best horses are 2m4-3m hurdle/chasers this season. Very excited about some of them.
I should have a full stable with strength in depth all over. Think iv improved quiet a lot since last season, so il be going all out to try and retain my crown..

Smoothie will be returning to defend the Ryanair Chase.
Blue Hope will probably be my Gold Cup horse.
West Wing and Golden Frog may be switched from the flat to go hurdling
and that's about as much as I have.
Can't find anything to beat Alphabet Soup who won't be in the stable this time so the National looks out of reach for me.
Unless... maybe if I can just squeeze in another season or two I might just unearth the new Red Rum.

The best advice i can give you is keep looking for game horses over 2m+ on the flat. Look in the daily auctions and the end of the year auctions, if you see a 2m+ Flat horse which is over 400k buy it.
They can be very good GN types over jumps.
The last 2 winners of the GN in the league have been Game Horses.
Also when trialing over jumps make sure you only have about 17 max runners for each race, this will give you a more consistant results.
For me trailing over jumps is a lot more inconsistant than flat trailing.
Another note is trail on different ground types, very rarely you will see FIRM ground in the NH league, so trail from Good/Heavy most times.
Hope this helps a little.
Goodluck with your jumpers John, this season is going to be the strongest ever.
