With the wait continuing I propose that ,if the league has not begun by July 1st , that I should run the NHC league manually without the need for TOM.

you may think this couldnt work or wouldnt be as good, however I can assure you that the volunteers are there to make it work and I have devised a perfect way to make things not only work but also run smoothly and be just as enjoyable as past seasons. I will not bore people with the ins and outs of how i would run it until I see whether the nhc trainers want this. If they dont, and want to wait for TOM, then thats fine we will jsut leave it there.
