I have been uploading my horses over the last week, most of them are 3 year olds. but when I tried to enter races in TOM it said "You have no eligible horse to nominate for this race" when I re-looked at my stable my horses have got older?????? now 5 and 6 year olds? And also when I try to enter the older horses in the 4+ year old races it still says "You have no eligible horse to nominate for this race" Can someone please help? This may be the reason why others can not enter races |

You need to log off and log on again. If that doesn't work try going to your stable, click on ukra symbol then log off and in again. |

I have found that if I go into my stable they are at 5 and 6 year olds, but when I press UKR button they change to 3 year olds. 2 horses are at 11 year olds though. The problem I have now is that after clicking the UKR button I can't see any of the weeks races |

i have the same problem and this is why it's not working for me. i go into stable horses are the wrong age so i click ukra horse right age i click home and view entries/races and there is no races there so i logoff and log back in but can't enter any races so i click on stable and the horses are older again and its a repeated cycle |

MOST of the horses are showing the wrong ages on TOM, but I can still enter the races. Week 2 race 1 for instance is a 3yo race but all the horses are showing up as 11yo but I am still able to enter that race. |

If there are no races then it's the NH/UK problem. Log off, click the league you don't want, then the league you do want, then log in and it should work. |

Thank you for your help but I have tried that. I can see the races if I do that, but because my horses have got older, I can enter any of the races, even the 4+ year old races |

Try this.... Log on and delete your horses then log off. Log on again and reupload. See if that changes things |

In TOM it says Stable Menu at the bottom of that it says Upload/Retire Horses. Not sure you can delete them now only retire them. You need to speak with Rich Davey, see if he can help. |
