Sorry I should have made this clearer. To start with I am going to enforce the handicap bands because currently the race kit cannot set a minimum, this means that if the top weight is not the maximum rating possible then the lower rated horses will have an advantage.

As the season progresses and the ratings even themselves out I will probably relax this - if you think your horse has a great mark and are prepared to wait until I do...don't be a loser! The races have been run this week and the handicaps have been really good with a range of low weights and high weights winning.
