It looks like week 4 will go ahead, I will be running the races later today once I have received the files for the unraced horses from Colm, I can manually put the races together.

Steve has said he won't have time to handicap the horses this late in the week, so it looks like week 5 will be delayed for one week, once Steve has handicapped the horse I can adjust all the horse files.

yes delaying week 5 is a must if hcap marks cant be done, would just make that week un-realistic. Thanks to yourself and colm for doing this week races and once again everything is ok rich's end

Cant someone else do the handicaps this week? Or why not release the races early to give Steve more time

No point, hcapping is a massive job and steve already has all details of all horses, 1 week delay isnt big deal really

Steve gets the races as soon as I run them on a Sunday, I then get a spreadsheet from Steve on Wednesday with all the new ratings so I can update over 500 horse files, which I then send to Rich for upload.
