HAYDOCK PARK BETFAIR LANCASHIRE CHASE Preveiw
THE INSIDER
HAYDOCK PARK
BETFAIR LANCASHIRE CHASE 3MILES 4YO + Grade 1 £200,000 Going HEAVY
006 Bob The Builder Scotty64 0 Well beaten in maiden hurdles before showing glimmer of ability in a handicap hurdle last time makes chase debut but still needs to improve more to trouble the main principals in this grade one chase.
000 Bonnie And Clyde D W Hinton 99 Holds Bob The Builder on hurdles form at Limerick well beaten over 2m 4f last time out the step back up in a trip will help and returns to chasing after a couple of runs over hurdles.
32 Challenger Du Luc Jamie Taylor 118 Good Chaser who finds one or two to good this season including Dazzling Dream last time out and stoater on chasing debut trainer states softer the better for this one so with the heavier ground cant be dismissed from reversing form.
331 Dazzling Dream D Hooley 134 Very consistent sort and jumping has yet to be a problem won well last time out and looks to be getting better with every ran the one to beat today and still may hold Challenger Du Luc on revised terms and conditions.
53F Horned Demon Kevcon 118 Looked to be going well when falling when leading last time out behind Dazzling Dream needs to jump better but not one to dismiss lightly and could make the frame with a better round of jumping.
F47 Northern Alliance Jupiter Jimmy 110 Looks held on all known form well behind Dazzling Dream last time out and cant see causing any upsets today although yard as to be respected.
00 Rooney River Staresy104 95 Needs to improve on all known form and one of the minor players today and a step down to handicap company might help to find some form.
F Seinfeld G Clutterbuck 0 Fell on debut over hurdles yard not known for grade race winners and big suprise if he plays a part today.
10 Stoater D Robertson 125 Big dissapointment on hurdle debut last time out but claerly showed ability on chase debut when winning and beating Challenger Du Luc and if finding the form shown on debut could make them all go.
Teeton Mill Dixie Dixon 0 Oldest horse in the field and yard and a tough race for this horse at Eleven to make racecourse debut easily overlooked and favourite for the wooden Spoon
43 Top Center Leon Van Rensburg 122 Has shown promise on both starts over obstacles steps up in distance today and if improves for the step up could play an major part especially from this quarters.
9F0 Toshi Anadin 102 Finding life tough and hard to see Toshi troubling the main players even from this yard and may prefer better ground.
F Zenko Hemz123 101 Made debut in a Grade one and was running a good race until falling at the ninth trainer missed the maidens earlier in the season so must think this one is well above average and anything this yard rans are top notch.
Starting Prices 9/4 Dazzling Dream 3/1 Challenger du luc 100/30 Stoater 5/1 Horned Demon 7/1 Zenko 12/1 Top Center 20/1 Bonnie And Clyde 25/1 Toshi 33/1 Bob The Builder 50/1 Northern Alliance 66/1 Seinfeld,Rooney River 150/1 Teeton Mill
FORM DAZZLING DREAM won well last time out and had CHALLENGER DU LUC 2nd,NORTHERN ALLIANCE 7th and HORNED DEMON Fell behind but might struggle to hold CHALLENGER DU LUC on revised terms and ground and HORNED DEMON looked to be running a good race until falling when leading a line through CHALLENGER DU LUC gives STOATER everychance of playing a major roll after the dissapointing ran over hurdles on his chase debut which he beat CHALLENGER DU LUC one to keep an eye on is TOP CENTER who steps up in distance having showed promise over much shorter but ZENKO looks like a real prospect having made his chase debut in the CHARLIE HALL CHASE and was leading when falling stable have many stars in its yard and for this one to make her debut in the Grade Two event shows the stable thinks highly of her the others even TOSHI have to improve.
TIP -Zenko NB -Stoater LONG SHOT- Top Center
RESULT 1st Dazzling Dream 9/4 Fav 2nd Stoater 100/30 3rd Zenko 7/1
