Hi Am I too late to upload some horses now? I was aware the window was open until midnight last night but when I tried to upload I could not access TOM or any Starters Orders websites/forums - I saw on the SO Facebook page that the site was down so there was no way to do anything. |

Upload window is now open and will remain open till early tomorrow morning for those who missed the cutoff. You can only upload. Not retire delete etc. |
