With steeler running in the RP Trophy darley could win all the 2yo colts group 1s in 3 different colours, and if newfangled was still around they could have had a monopoly on all the 2yo group 1s.

Dawn Approach has no doubt been impressive as a two year old but so many horses have, I don't think it's been the strongest bunch (Especially with the loss of Newfangled) and would not be at all surprised to see something lightly raced to make a name for itself as a 3YO. I can't have Kingsbarns for the Racing Post Trophy.... One run, beat nothing and isnt the biggest. The one I think that will make a name for himself is Toronado. My only slight concern is that he is looked after by a trainer who is best known for sprinters/milers and I think he will need 10f+ in time. Viztoria is a filly who could also take alot of beating.
