im sticking with hannon for the 1000 maureen travelled so well at newbury and hot snap might be a little to green to win a classic maureen is strretwise and a better price as for the derby telescope only because of hearsay but its chester next week and that will give me more to go on chesters may meeting is one of my fav meets of the season |

there is no doubting what a good horse he is but looking at the race after the 2nd was 150-1 toronados did not stay mars was very green so in hindsight dawn approach doesnt need to be a superstar only time will prove me wrong,we have all been spoilt by frankel |

I'll hold my hands up hands up and say I thought he was overrated but today's run did show some class. Having said that I'll echo the post above and say that the field did look a little ordinary beyond the two favorites. We'll know better once he's run against the older horses but his place in the pantheon of greats and truly greats remains to be ascertained. |
