I agree with the last point. Secret Gesture never should have been DQ'ed. The Illinois Racing Board is awful and that just shows.

I've said here on the forum before that having watched Edgar Prado for many years - he is terrible on front runners in sprints. Runhappy gets along well with him so the horse may just be a freak.
