Hi, I think the way it works is that you won £100 on that race and you get your stake of £10 back making £110. If the other 6 were all losers that is -£60 giving you a total of +£50 on the first day.
Still way way better than me :).

I have been useless so far so a few outsiders here to try to catch up.
So far though its only been pretend money, tomorrow its the real thing as I'm going for the first time in a few years.
Still not sure on the big one as I can find a good reason why all of the leading protagonists can be beaten so I may just risk the 2 most talented, Bristol De Mai and Might Bite.
