Here's a handy guide to jumps tracks and jumps racing in the US. https://www.nationalsteeplechase.com/schedule/

The most high profile jumps races seen by the most people across the country are run at the flat track Saratoga. There isn't a lot of them but they are some of the richest races.

Near me is Great Meadow where the Virginia Gold Cup is run. https://www.vagoldcup.com/va/directions

Springdale Racecourse in South Carolina runs some big races. https://www.google.com/maps/place/Springdale+Racecourse/@34.2804058,-80.6206195,3031m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0x73af8d73b6ccbb5a!8m2!3d34.2754799!4d-80.6240092?hl=en-US

Fair Hill is big. The track is kinda small though but is home to the National Steeplechase foundation. https://www.google.com/maps/place/Fair+Hill+Races/@39.6974092,-75.8601277,1658m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x89c7af6645a74ed3:0xd095106de7981140!8m2!3d39.7010734!4d-75.8663989

Far Hills in New Jersey runs a big meet. There's a nice video of the track on this link and a link to a Google map of the joint. https://www.farhillsrace.org/
