Discount so6
Hi mark as cheltenham is about to start. it would be a nice gesture to discount so6 to £14.99 while cheltenham is racing for the 4 days.

I read through on here and read that sometimes a horse will race twice on the same day and another whereby the horse never retires? I don't mind paying the 24.99 I just want to know that what I am paying for will not contain bugs of this nature.

I have seen a horse run twice within a week. I have definitely never seen a horse that hasn't retire.

Since the last patch was updated the game has run error free for me. Well worth the money.

There was a screenshot posted on this forum showing two 97 year old horses lol
There was also a post about the same horse racing twice on the same day which a couple of people had also acknowledged this.
Glad to know it's now error free.

Re: Discount so6
Is there any games out there that are 100% bug free? Personally I don't think there is. What I think is more important is do the developers give ongoing and continued support? For SO6 - they do!
What we have to remember is that Starters Orders are a small game/company - there is not 24/7 support but there is support and it is prompt.
If you are looking for 24/7 support and EA/DICE quality then Battlefield 4 is your game or company. (BTW BF4 is a great game)
I can understand why the SO people keep the price constant - I guess the budget and profit is small and dropping the price really does effect the bottom line. The Horse Racing genre is a small market and personally I think the SO people have made an amazing game. But the perfect game I think is a Utopia or Holy Grail - no matter the budget. (Resisting hard not to quote Monty Python!)

Re: Discount so6
At least it is just minor. It wouldn't be good if it was dominating. In fact it hasn't won a Group race at all. I don't see this as a problem - just a novelty

I will be buying the game now that a few of you have said it's been error free since the last update. However it is a bit worrying when that 79yo horse was the only Australian jumper within the game. That problem I assume has been fixed?
