With the start of the UK turf flat season upon us, it gave me an idea to play the real time day by day schedule. I started a new game and it took some time to build the form, which is understandable. After building the form the game start date was in July though?? Does anybody know how to start a new game so it starts on today's date? I was thinking of filming the whole season and uploading vids on youtube at say 14 days intervals, if I can get the right start date.

On the top of the Schedule file it has a start and end date change them to what u want.

Will the races & meetings be on the correct dates for this year or will I have to edit the schedule?

Its not too bad, I'm into June and I've only had to move a few races so far. The snowdrop stakes, In't Stakes at Lingfield, the landsdown 5f race at Bath, a handicap at Musselburgh, the Zetland Gold Cup and the Grand Cup at York.......finish the rest tomorrow!!

Oh and I had to deleted World Cup night and the AW Championships which was a shame.

I'm not sure if this is a bug in the game? But when I tried to used my own schedule on the day by day option it was ignored and it would start in July every time? My schedule and start date works fine by playing the game in the standard way, ie playing as many days as you want. Is it not possible to use your own schedule on DBD?
