Whats the most anyone received selling at auction, claiming races etc..

Auctions only (I avoid claiming races) I have spent nearly $5m on a couple of different horses, one was great but the other was abysmal. The most I ever made on a sale was $3.8m on a horse that had made me $20m+ in prize money with 32 group one wins over her career and I was just curious as to how much I could get, but she'd be a great one to keep in the breeding barn usually and so would never have sold her in a normal game. Best starter sale I had (of the ones you get at the start of the game and sell right away) was $3.2m for a 90 potential 2yo filly.

You can make a lot, but usually it's the mid-tier horses that can win 2-5 G1 races over their career, or unraced 2yo's that make the bulk of my money.
