Post subject:  HELP with update!!
Hoi,

I can't update my game anymore. Every time i open the game instead of the updatelink in the newsreel they say i do not have an active internet connection!

Is there anybody who know what i can do! I already tried to disable all firewalls and safety because they maybe block my internetconnection but that doesn't work also!
I'm not the most technical with a computer but i know that there's nothing wrong with the internet connection itself!!

Is there someone who is smarter than me who can fix this??? it worked before!!

Hi

If you are able to post onto this forum there is probably nothing wrong with your internet connection. It is probably something wrong with SO7 or your browser.

Try using another browser and if that doesn't work Uninstall SO7.

Try re-installing SO7 but first use the download link in the email you were sent when you bought the game and download SO7 again. Use the new download to re-install SO7.

Did you turn your computer off and then back on again?!! :)
