Post subject:  Jockey Mode - Stationary white line meaning?

So I make a habit of riding my horses in training gallops to figure out their racing style and get an idea if they can last distances. I know the white line that moves when you press forward or back is how much you're urging the horse on and the vertical white-ish line is the potential/stamina. But there's another horizontal white line that moves depending on how long the gallop is. I'm assuming that's the "ideal" pace for the distance. I've just noticed today though that for one of my horses the horizontal white line was outlined in green. What does this mean?
