Post Choice of Pacifiers
I've read in this forum that pacifiers may be a genetic trait. Unfortunately, I must not have chosen to auto-run seasons, because all 3 year olds and above are without lineage. Any insight offered on experimentation with the various options (e.g., what to try first) would be most appreciated.

Post Re: Choice of Pacifiers
As far as I know it's pretty random so just a try and see approach I'm afraid! I normally cut ties with such horses that need gelding or pacifiers or are excitable as I have plenty of options to run instead of spending time trying to figure out how a horse runs.

I'm a lazy trainer, but after a while it seems justified when you have so many G1 winners and a great breeding program to evolve them. So personally I'd advise either to experiment or just move on from them.

I'm very patient by nature and have plenty of time to find the next Kelso, John Henry, or Forego.
