| Post subject: | Does jockey weaving all over the place use stamina? |
I know there's not much I can do to help this but I've got a great jockey who has taken my claimer and starter horses on to Group wins, so obviously I really like him. But I feel like he's weaving all over the place sometimes in races where other jockeys aren't, so I know it's not about avoiding the ground. He'll be like 2f from the finish and still moving over three places into the pack. I know it might also be because the Australian tracks have short straights and the jockey sometimes gets confused on the corner as to whether they should be getting a move on or trying to get on the inside for a shorter corner (I've noticed this the whole time I've been playing). But am I getting irritated for no reason? Does moving sideways burn stamina or slow the horse down? |
