| Post subject: | dull coat listless meaning? |
I had a filly that was a decent performer start to do poorly. I discovered under Head Lad comments that she was suffering from "dull coat, listless," back in March of that year, but now it is July and I see no option for vet diagnosis or any other way to remedy the situation. Since her readiness had not indicated an injury/problem, I missed it. Is there anything I can do to help her? |

I tried doing a wind op, a pacifier, and giving her extra time between races, but so far I am not sure. Thoughts? |

Hmm, all I can think of is putting her on the sidelines for the rest of the year. Put her out to grass and hopefully she'll be back to her usual self next season. |
