Is it possible to do Flat horses to Jumps horses (or vice versa) in SO7? In Japan, it is quite common for a horse that did not perform well in Flat to switch to Jumps. So I thought I would do something similar to that in the game, but I wonder if it is common in European horse racing to focus on one or the other at the time of debut? |
