Not sure if this is something that would be quite easy to add or not, but it would be great if a new "condition" could be made available to restrict certain races to horses that are higher than a certain rating.

For example, in real life the Cheltenham Gold Cup and Champion Hurdle are only open to horses rated 130 or above, while the Grand National is only open to horses rated higher than 110. It would also allow the creation of limited or narrow-band handicaps in our own schedules, such as the European Free H'cap, which is only open to horses rated between 100-110.

If possible though, this would need to tie in with my post in the technical forum, as currently when you add conditions to group or listed races, they just appear as conditions races in the game.
