Post Skipping A Season
Does anybody know that if you skip a season and the red bar at the bottom gets stuck, does that mean that there is an error in the schedule somewhere, or would I still be able to play the game normally by not skipping a season?
It's just that I haven't tried this approach before and was just wondering would there be any difference?

When creating and testing my schedule for SO3 I would get this problem when there was an error in the schedule, I think this will be the same for SO4.

Yes, I was experimenting with reducing the amount of trainers in my game, and was advised by JK_DC to try skipping a season, and if it crashes then there is an error. This could be the problem you are having?
If it was a problem with a schedule or showcase you would get an error message of some kind.

All that happens is the red bar stops and the screen still says that it's still waiting. But I have gone into the race, not skipped anything, and I have had no problems. Is that possible?

It may crash in a future season though mate. I had this problem with an old saved game. It would stall when I tried skipping 30 days. I was testing a few schedules at the time and realised that I had the wrong one in for this game. I changed schedules and it was fine.

I have had the skipping a season problem sorted thanks to DB. But I now have another issue, is the following possible:?
When you click on start game, you are then presented with 10 save slots on the right hand side, is it possible for some of these save slots not to work?
For example....
..You click on one of the slots to start a new game then you click on autorun 1 season, the red bar at the bottom then works it's way across the screen. It then suddenly stops, you then exit the program by pressing Ctrl Alt Del, you then start SO4 back up again and try again in the SAME SAVE SLOT, skipping a season and this time it loads up. Also I have tried skipping a season for all slots and only number 1 (top save slot) and 4 work. Why is this? Is it my laptop being a pain in the a@@e or is there a problem with some data in the game itself? Could the problem be that my laptop tries to load the skip season data and struggles sometimes to do this and sometimes sails through it? What to do?? Puzzled.
