Forum upgrade.
As you can see things have changed! Any problems please email support@startersorders.com. I expect there are a few extra features available but right now I'm not sure what they are. Avatars are currently enabled and you should be able to upload your own or point to a file on the web. Cheers, Mark.

Re: Forum upgrade.
Not really keen on the new style and will take some getting used to, but good to see the forum back online.

Re: Forum upgrade.
Apologies for the outage... This is the default theme for the latest phpBB. It is a bit different from the old scheme so it’s probably just a case of getting used to it. Depending on time I might have a look at other themes. It's kind of like when the horse animations get changed in the game. You get used to them and changes wind people up (for a while anyway). Up until last year I still had a guy who would email once in a while demanding that the horse animations from SO1 were reinstated or he wouldn't upgrade. Anyway, it’s a price worth paying for the new features and also I should be able to keep on top of spam a bit more now. Cheers, Mark.

Re: Forum upgrade.
The default was a bit busy so here is another one. Hopefully a lot clearer for everyone.

The darkness and colours of this current theme is stinging my eyes, and I don't think I'll be able to continue using the forum if I'm honest in its current shape. It's just too bright and glaring on my eyes, and I can't handle it.

Quote: Any chance of having the option to pick between a light and dark theme Mark? I have had a couple of emails complaining about the orange already so will have a play around and try to find a nice clean default style. You should then be able to select a style of your choice from your user settings. Quote: Mark can you have a look into my friend wanting to join the forum. Depending on when he joined he should get an automatic confirmation email with an activation link and be able to post right away.
