With a breeding indicator of 1m3f, a drop in acceleration and rise in stamina, what would you do with this horse? Should I step up to 10 furlongs or see how she does over a mile still? ![]() |

1m2f for sure and try 1m4f later i hate them brilliantly bred 1m3 horses i sell at least 3 or 4 a season the odd one will stay 1m4f but not many the ideal race for this horse prob prix de dianne 1m2f and abit its a french classic early june but would clash with an oaks bid |

I put her in the french 1000g's and she flopped but then she's just gone and won the 1000g's at Newmarket by a short head, just got up. It was a bit of a dubious photo I must say! Looking at that french race in June but I'm so tempted to have a crack at the Oaks! |

She won the Oaks at Epsom so then I went for the St Leger. She came 6th but I gave the wrong jockey instruction, looking back. Now I'm struggling to find her best distance. |

I'm having a similar problem. This filly is the highest rated 2yo I've ever had and has since gone on to win the Dubai Duty Free and the English, French and Irish 1000 Guineas. I have another one for the Oaks and I don't think she'll stay so she'll go to the Coronation, but I think she could struggle against the best over 1m and might not stay 1m2f... I'll get a picture of my Oaks filly too, she's quite a nice one as well. ![]() |

Here is the other filly. I think I missed the Preakness (sp?) which would have been interesting to try with her, but that was the last thing I was thinking about until I saw the Belmont Stakes in the schedule. Again I'm not convinced she truly stays 1m4f and I'm not sure she'll be quick enough to mix it with the best over 1m2f against the older generation. ![]() |

I would be very surprised if Cool Fog didn't stay 12f SuperCat, I've had many horses like that in my past and they all stay 12f, very well. |

Going by the pic I would say you've unfortunately bred a 1mile 3 furlong horse, the dreaded one we all get that is just too slow for 10 furlongs and doesn't quite stay 12. The game loves to throw these up ![]() |
