Hi there, I'm brand new to the game and I am hooked it's amazing!!!

Just passed Cheltenham on my first season and I won a nice amount of money after successfully following some horses through the season. This game is immense.

Only slight gripe is I find computer horses running like 1 or 2 days after a race especially annoying when in one instance they run in 2 big races one day apart and they win the second which seems highly unrealistic!!!!

Is it just me??

This will happen at Cheltenham in the game sometimes, as many of the races are "prepped", which means there are races in the weeks leading up to Cheltenham, where if a horse runs well in one of those races it will be added to a certain target race at Cheltenham. However, this sometimes means that a horse will end up being declared for two races at the meeting if it had already been declared for a different race.

Thanks for the replies.

So just a further question....

How is the horse affected by running the first race? Will it considerably lower the fitness/condition before it races again one day later? I know the paddock gives a guide anyway but like I said before I've noticed a horse win at Cheltenham in the 2nd race a day after the first.

P.s. Can't wait for SO5
