Yes and that is the problem which qwsa is trying to highlight. Also, make 'not much' into 'no' difference.

It would seem that at the moment blinkers/cheek pieces/nose band/visor all do the same thing in game. It would be good in the future if they actually had some purpose. Until they do I don't think it really matters what they look like as it doesn't matter which one you put on the horse.
