sorry ubar ya was on holiday mate and have only just read this

when creating my schedule i only use marks editor i use nothing else just the races avalible in the editor
i then decide where to place the races (near as realistic as possible) but spaced out
i work on each distance seperatly star with sprints from each country then mile races etc
i dont use the decrypter or add invented races i find that can lead you to a nervous breakdown
or you just end up tearing your hair out because seems to cause alot of crashes.

So it's the official prep races that can interfer with made a made up schedule or vice versa. So the only way of enjoying both Paul's excellent flat and jumps schedules and Ubars stunning combined schedule is to play one version then copy and paste the other into SO5 then play that for a while then do the same again

i play my jumps game and flat game together 1 sched does not effect the onther
i think ubar renaming races may have caused issues and maybe changing the prep races too
but dont understand why it would effect my flat only sched

I will just stick to the flat and jumps from you Paul, what I have found out is that when you save and quit the combined schedule and then reload SO5 up then try and load up the combined schedule it comes up with some error regarding a race, a shame but I guess that's life lol

i think making a combined schedule is a complete nightmare fairplay to ubar for trying
the only way it would work is running the jumps season from january to august and flat febuary to december
